Fei'an Hotel (Shaoguan Century East Street Fengcai Building Branch)

The environment and service were both excellent, as always. I'm a returning customer, but this time I was very disappointed. I stayed for two nights and asked for the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't done properly. This is the first time this has happened, and it really affected my mood.

The hotel has a great location, right next to the Fengcailou Archway and very close to Fengdu Pedestrian Street. There are so many good restaurants around! There's a free attraction right downstairs – the Shaozhou Prefectural Confucian Temple. The hotel has smart voice control, but it seems the voice control only works for the air conditioning and curtains; it can't even control the projector 😂. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the shower has great water pressure. The front desk has a free self-service coffee machine and some convenient free items like dental floss, a sewing kit, and band-aids – very thoughtful!

Everything was great; they even provided snacks in the room, and the space was ample. The only disappointment was that there was only one person at the front desk, so there was nothing I could do to assist them. Everything else was fine.

The location is excellent, right next to the Fengcailou Archway. Turn right and you're 100 meters to the pedestrian street, and turn left and you're 50 meters to the century-old East Street. Free parking is available. The hotel reception is on the 9th floor of the Vienna Hotel. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean and hygienic, the beds and pillows are odor-free, and disposable toiletries are provided.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, next to Fengcai Tower. There are many farmers' markets downstairs, with small stalls everywhere, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. I ate at a super delicious local Nanxiong restaurant. During my three days in Shaoguan, this was the only hotel where I could sleep soundly; the bed was very soft. The only downside was that the glass door in the shower was a bit transparent; hopefully, that can be improved.

The room is located next to the landmark Fengcai Building. There are Centennial East Street, Central Pedestrian Street and other business districts nearby. There are also KTVs and food courts downstairs. The river view room has a good view. Highly recommended.

This hotel really understands the hearts of travelers! Conveniently located near the main road. The parking lot is large, so it is not difficult for novices to park. The laundry room not only has laundry facilities, but also a dryer, so you can wear dry clothes on the same day. The projection effect in the room is great. Lying on the bed and watching the game, it feels like being on the scene. The overall environment is warm and comfortable, and the experience is excellent!
