2. 酒店的工作人員服務態度極好，熱情友善，總是能及時滿足客人的需求，讓人感到温暖。
3.酒店在旅遊區內，是網紅打卡古堡咖啡最近的酒店，交通便利，周邊配套設施齊全，到每個打卡點都很方便。
4.酒店周邊的餐廳很多，走出門口就能吃，很方便，而且提供的食物美味可口，種類豐富，能夠滿足不同人的口味需求。
5.最重要是性價比高。在同類型酒店中，這家酒店的價格合理，打完折100都不用，是個不錯的選擇。
6.酒店在很多細節上都做得很到位，比如貼心的小禮品等，讓人感受到酒店的用心。

很差勁的一家酒店。第一、酒店電話無法接通；第二、酒店到處漏水，走廊和公共區域隨處可見破損的地方；第三、房間一股黴味，像是很久沒有住人了；第四、衞生條件很差勁，地上，床上，牆壁都有肉眼可見的黴斑污漬等；第五、洗漱用品很臟，浴巾上面有血漬；第六、酒店價格虛高，還不給取消；第七、説是有停車場實際就是停路邊，及其不安全；第八、房間設施設備老舊破損，燈光、淋浴花灑、電視等都是壞的。總之是一家很差勁的酒店，趁着五一假期期間來圈錢的。不建議大家預訂入住。

設施老，老到什麼程度，雙人間衹有一個電視機後面的插座可以充電，衹有一個。沒有一次性拖鞋，房間有點嚇人，太舊了。空調也沒得反應，冷得要死，被子又薄又找，最可惡的沒有熱水，熱水孔出水很小，而且出的冷水。我真的服了，第一次住到這種200多一晚雖然不貴但是也不便宜吧，居然這麼差

訂的房間不帶窗户，由於房間有幾個燈是壞的所以光線比較暗，房間的電視機也壞了，報維修後5個小時還沒修好，等顧客外出回酒店發現直接拆下來放在房間地板上，感覺比較敷衍顧客，衹會一味地説對不起請稍等，後來投訴到攜程同意返還50元，但是耽誤了我的時間也影響了出來遊玩的心情。建議酒店退房時檢查房間設施及時維修，沒有維修好不要掛平台，顧客反應問題不要一味地逃避應該及時積極的處理問題，安撫心情。
