Staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness below average but it's due to the age of the hotel rather than staff effort.
Staff kind enough to offer free breakfast at mcdonald's /KFC next door.

Toilet and bathroom are together and it’s not convenient when you travel in two people. Cleanness is poor since we found old trash on the floor. Location is good since it’s closed to bar and restaurants.

The location is very good with surroundings of some restaurants and shopping centre, but the room itself is not really clean and the amenities are poor. But the staff attitude is very good. Need improvement on room cleanliness and also the placement of shower room and water closet together is not convinience at all because the toilet floor constantly wet after shower.

衞生間漏水 房間一股黴味 床對着門 一睡着就做噩夢 房間隔音不好 晚上十點多一直都聽到鎚子打釘子的聲音

首先剛在門口就看到在施工，所以門口感覺有點臟亂，酒店出來就是停車場，出來的時候要注意⚠️ 再説房間算正常吧，台階比較多，有小孩和長者的要注意一下！房間內設施比較老舊了，訂了兩間房一間空調遙控器壞了，給我們重新換了，另一間電視打不開，後來保潔來了説要用總控遙控器開我，你們覺得麻煩就算了（但不得不説保潔態度很好）然後就是花灑很舊，然後脱漆了！
重點！！！床墊比床沿還窄，走到轉彎的地方就很容易碰到！！！！直接腿破一層皮。直接見肉了！！！！希望可以改進一下！！

訂行政雙床房，房間空間闊落亦衛生，但沐浴間門損壞，不能緊貼關上，浴後的水一直流向大門⋯.設計也不好，與坐廁放在一起，廁板都會全濕。另外，酒店餐廳没有營業，提供的早餐券是對面街麥當勞，六個套餐選一個，肯德基維修没開。
