I booked two king-size rooms, and the front desk upgraded one of them to a suite for us. It was great because it could be connected to the other room, which made it easier to take care of our elderly family member. The room facilities were complete; there were a few power outlets, but they provided a power strip, which helped. There was a minor hiccup with the service, but the hotel management responded very proactively. The sea view and room decor were a pleasant surprise; it was incredibly relaxing to take photos by the window. For lunch on the second day, we ordered takeout and ate together in the room, which felt just like home!

It has been a wonderful experience. Great room and excellent view. Ella and King at the front desk have been very helpful. Recommended.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts an unbeatable sea view; looking out from the window, the azure sea and sky stretched out as far as the eye could see – absolutely breathtaking! The staff's service was incredibly attentive too! The front desk lady not only upgraded our room type but also arranged adjacent rooms for our group, making our trip with friends a next-level experience!! The housekeeping staff even brought milk and a handwritten card when they delivered our items, which was such a thoughtful touch!! I truly highly recommend it!! I'll definitely come back again given the chance!

The hotel environment is great, with fresh air by the sea. The front desk staff, Daisy, Joey, and Ella, were very welcoming and allowed us a late check-out, which was a huge plus. The hotel also has robots for food delivery and a gym. It's conveniently located, highly recommended!

The front desk service was excellent, special shout-outs to Joey, Daisy, and Ella. The room had a beautiful sea view, and our stay was quite enjoyable; we even extended it by one night. The hotel offers convenient free parking, and there are shared bikes right outside, which makes getting around very easy.

Extremely satisfied overall! The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Ella and King provided excellent service, attentively listening to and promptly fulfilling our needs, making our stay incredibly pleasant~ Plus, you can catch the sunrise in the morning! The location is also great, close to Longyan Street with tons of delicious food options!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the subway station and business district, making transportation incredibly convenient with access to all directions. Daisy Cai, the supervisor at the front desk, displayed high professionalism and provided thoughtful, meticulous service. She helped me resolve numerous issues during my business trip, including arranging document printing and calling taxis, which allowed me to handle my work more efficiently. Staying here, I had absolutely no worries about my business travel.

The Harbour Plaza Resort City boasts an excellent location, close to attractions and with convenient transportation. Opening the window reveals beautiful scenery, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ella and King provided thoughtful and personalized service, making for a fantastic stay!

I travel 2 weeks per month in China. I'm ok with "average quality" but this place is shockingly bad. Booked three nights, only stayed one and changed to another hotel. Dusty, dirty, throughout the hotel. The room had a bad odour, no wifi, and fridge was not working. The gym is a public one in an adjacent building and does not belong to the hotel - when I tried to use it (have to get a token from the hotel reception, though this takes time to figure out) it was packed to the point where no machines or weights were available. The hotel restaurant is "Western". When I tried to order a sandwich late afternoon I was told that sandwiches and burgers were only available between 11-2pm. The restaurant could not accept credit card payment until a manager intervened. The hotel further demonstrated their unfriendliness and unprofessionalism by refusing a refund on the two days I did not stay, despite Trip.com assuring me I was entitled to one / would be receiving one. Really very poor.
