I booked this hotel because it offered rooms for three people and was conveniently located near Little Park. The photos online made it look clean and modern, but the reality was very different. The room felt dingy and not very clean. One of us used the bathroom first, and when I tried to use it a minute later, the toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no water in the tank and it took an unusually long time to refill.
Because of this, we immediately went out to look for a new hotel. We returned around 2:30 PM and tried to cancel the room since Trip.com clearly stated that 3 PM was the latest cancellation time. However, the owners insisted their cutoff was 2 PM, were upset with us, and refused to refund even one-night stay. We were willing to pay for the hour or two our luggage was in the room, but we didn’t stay the next night at all and still received no refund.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We ended up moving to the Ibis Hotel instead, which was around the same price but much cleaner—and even included breakfast.
