Family-friendly Hotels in Shantou

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.

Rooms are large and clean. There are many power outlets. And the lights are easily controlled. The hotel is large but the elevators and breakfast never felt congested. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the Shantou train station and about 10 minutes by car from the old town. The MixC and another mall are within close walking distance. I could not open the bathtub drain for some reason.

The hotel is very acceptable in general；cleanliness，conveniences，staff support，breakfast all are above standard and worth the price. Will definitely come again and also introduced to friends. Keep up the good work

Room is clean but bathroom toilet won't work, call front desk More than 20 minutes but nobody pick up the phone. I need to get down to speak to them.

The hotel hardware is okay, except that there is no small refrigerator. There is Xiaodu voice AI smart control, and the bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The decoration style may be typical of Vienna. But the location and environment are actually not good. It's in the urban-rural fringe, around the high-speed rail station. If I had to choose again, I probably wouldn't live here... It's 10-16 kilometers away from the scenic spot by taxi, and it costs 20-40 yuan one way. The main reason is that there is not much food nearby, they are all small shabby shops. What about the service? We have stayed in many hotels such as Atour and Huazhu Club before. This time we saw this newly opened hotel in Vienna and wanted to try it. We didn't have breakfast. We asked when we checked in, but the front desk said we didn't have breakfast and asked if it couldn't be delivered. The front desk just nodded and said nothing. Actually, I just want to see how to respond. This is what members at Atour did before. Just respond casually. Too dull, a bit unexpected😅 Then the water glasses in the lobby were not removed after drinking. One of the glasses in the picture belonged to us, and the rest belonged to others before. We were the only ones in the seats. The New Year's Eve celebrations don't stop until 2:30. Each change is like setting off firecrackers, which affects sleep. The old man didn't go to bed until three o'clock. Later, after checking out, the hotel paid a return visit. The old man mentioned this point, but then there was no response. It was just a joke 😂😂 The cleaning staff threw away the hotel toothpaste and toothbrush that we had only used for one day (the toothpaste was actually not used yet, just took it out and put it aside) and replenished it with new ones. But now the common practice is to replenish rather than throw away the old ones, leaving it up to the customer to decide. This is not very environmentally friendly. Checking in, checking out, and storing luggage were pretty smooth. no problem. You need to scan the Alipay code to issue an invoice. For other hotels, you can open it directly if you have check-in information. This can be simplified. Anyway, we originally considered getting a membership before we moved in. We thought it was okay for the first few hours after we checked in, but then gave up the idea.

Excellent hotel, lobby very welcoming and helpful. Staff can speak English if necessary. Starbuck just downstairs, restaurant in the building, convenience store just downstairs. Room very clean and good amenities. Quiet. Perfect for business trips. To be recommended. If you need to buy more groceries, the a small hall with a supermarket at walking distance. Not many restaurants around the area. Great for visiting factories in the Chenghai area.

On the last night of the Chaoshan trip, I temporarily booked a hotel for the second day after 11 o'clock in the evening. It is a treasure hotel, which healed the grief of the first night of my Chaoshan trip. Guest house, get angry!) Entering the lobby, I feel very comfortable. The height of the floor is not oppressive, the heating is turned on, and the room feels too spacious as soon as I enter the room. The whole house is controlled by Xiaodu intelligently, and the lights, curtains and TV can be turned on by voice control (my daughter plays very well. happy) The transportation is also very convenient. It costs about 30 yuan to take a taxi back from the city. Even though it is on the side of the road, it doesn't feel very noisy. Don't raise the price casually, boss, I will travel to Shantou next time and stay at your place 😁😁

The room was nice and comfortable and the service was excellent. In particular, the customer service girl Xiaona was super enthusiastic and attentive. She even upgraded my room without paying attention to the bed type when booking the room, and also recommended good travel guides to me. The lady at the hotel front desk Recommended, it tastes really good. If you want to go shopping here, Wanda Plaza is very close. It only costs about ten yuan to take a taxi to the small park. I don’t want to go out. The hotel also has a robot delivering takeout upstairs. The food here is really good. There are a lot of them, especially snacks. Breakfast doesn't end until 10 am. It's very friendly to us who get up late. Parking in the hotel is also very convenient. There are many locations. They all have their own parking lots. The security guard is also very enthusiastic. Helped us guide the vehicle. When we checked in here, it was relatively quiet at night. I bought a lot of beef balls and put them in the hotel's kitchen refrigerator. There was no refrigerator in the room, but it was very convenient to pick it up. The staff helped us pick it up and store it for us. Very good experience
