We came all the way from Rome, Italy, and our stay at Songtsam Shangri-La Linka was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to China. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by an extraordinary landscape and with a unique atmosphere that made our time in Shangri-La truly special. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was kind, attentive and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Dolma Yangzom (卓玛), our butler, who took wonderful care of us from the moment we arrived until our departure. She was always warm, thoughtful and incredibly helpful, assisting us with transportation, activities and everything we needed during our stay. Her kindness and attention made us feel genuinely welcome and at home, even though we were thousands of kilometres away from Rome. We will leave Shangri-La with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend Songtsam Shangri-La Linka. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Dolma Yangzom, for making our stay so special. With love from Rome, Italy 🇮🇹
