Fantastic modern minimalist room design but equipped with luxurious feel necessities. The Homestay is manage by a wonderful couple who willing to provides assistance to customers request about the amenities. Very clean and comfort since is nearly open in 2023, beside it located inside the Dukezong ancient town . Thank you for the wonderful stay and suggestion during my 3D2N stay with snowing happening early morning !!!! May both of them have great business and sure will return one day here

Dreamlike Runjing·Muqi Banshan Manor Environment: Located in the middle of the Napa Sea, it enjoys unique natural scenery. After searching and comparing on Xiaohongshu and Ctrip’s various platforms, I didn’t choose a hotel near Dukezong Ancient City. I liked the feeling of opening the window to see the beautiful scenery. Runjing·Muqi is the most correct choice for this journey Service: Butler-style service. Although the location is not as convenient as in the ancient city, the hotel has basic food, drink, and medicines, and the restaurant's products are very good. Facilities: floor heating, oxygen (available every night), smart toilet, bathroom heater, electric curtains, etc. are all very modern. Big Ears is an extremely enthusiastic dog, the kind of dog that happily greets you with its tail wagging as soon as you get off the car, making you feel the warmth of coming home. The boss is very talkative and will give good travel suggestions. The hotel will also provide pick-up and drop-off services from the high-speed rail station based on occupancy status. Lying on the bed, opening the curtains, the beautiful scenery comes into view~ It’s beautiful and worth it~~

The room was upgraded for free for us! ! Then I went to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain the day before. It was a bit high and I didn't feel very comfortable in Shangri-La. The room is also equipped with an oxygen concentrator and floor heating, which is very comfortable. The uncle who picked us up at the station was also very enthusiastic and friendly. He introduced us to landmark buildings and customs along the way, which was great! This trip was recommended by a colleague, and I will recommend it to other friends next time!

I have stayed in many hotels in Shangrila old town over the past 12 years so have a little experience. Location: Close to the top dancing square but at the top of a very steep hill. It had rained so the stone street was VERY slippery. It is close to impossible to walk up the hill with suitcase. There is a 1/2 meter wide ***** of carpet that was laid down on the right side of the road going up the hill. It gave great traction, but unfortunately some non-thinking person had parked their electric cart directly on top of the carpet so you could not navigate it. I arrived at 6 PM and that electric cart was still sitting on the carpet in the same place the next morning at 9 AM. Trying to walk around the electric cart , but I did slip and fell to the ground. I would not come back to this hotel again, if there was any potential for any rain. The picture is of the morning after the rain had dried. When I booked my room, they did tell me that there was only one room remaining and it was for four people. I was solo but I booked it anyway. Unfortunately, I did not understand that there are four beds that are actually side-by-side touching each other. They are very very thin pads laid on top of a wooden platform. No way to get into or out of any bed without crawling back to the foot of the bed and going over the edge that way. It was the hardest sleeping service I have ever been on and got very little sleep. If I had my sleeping bag and camping mattress, I would’ve just slept on the floor. Won’t be back here again. The service people at the hotel were very nice. Offered to carry my bag up to my room on the third floor and the woman who provided the breakfast in the morning was very pleasant. Have no complain about the service just the beds in the access to the hotel. If it’s raining, make it a no go for me 

The hotel is located near the east gate of Dukezong Ancient City, less than ten minutes' walk to Sifang Street, and not far from Songzanlin Temple and Napahai Wetland. The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the floor heating is very warm, and there is an oxygen concentrator and humidifier. The store is very thoughtful and very practical in high altitude places. The boss and service staff are very enthusiastic and can meet the needs of guests very well and respond to every request. Highly recommended accommodation

The staff at this home stay is some of the most exceptional and professional I’ve encountered in all my years of travel around the world (special shout-out to 小宋！）We were booked for 2 nights and our group of 3 was generously given an upgraded room. From the moment we checked in, 小宋 and his team were eager to assist with questions, recommendations and helping to arrange and set up itineraries for our stay. Sadly, on my second day, I became severely sick with altitude sickness and 小宋 came to my assistance immediately- checking my oxygen levels and setting me up to the oxygen machine in the room. He handled the entire situation with such kindness, compassion, composure and professionalism that I’m still blown away. He helped my family members find medicine for me and offered his advise and guidance while making them feel assured at what should’ve been quite a scary situation. When we decided it was best to leave Shangri la as soon as possible for lower elevations in Lijiang, 小宋 sprang into action to find us a carpool that was leaving within the hour and also took the initiative to help make sure we were refunded for our second night booked on a third party site. I can’t thank him enough and I will 100% recommend this hotel and this team to everyone I know that’s traveling to Yunnan. I truly hope to be able to return myself under better conditions. Even more so, the hotel also happens to be incredibly designed and beautiful with smart tech features in the rooms. When I booked, I thought it was a cool feature that they have oxygen machines inside each room, but who would’ve known that it would prove to be a lifesaver for me 😅

A B&B that I must 5️⃣🌟ravely review‼ ️ It’s a very healing place. It was already at the end of the trip, but I didn’t want to leave. It will definitely be a place where I will come back countless times with my important friends to relax🥹 You can take photos of your life anywhere in the B&B. I have too many so I won’t post them otherwise I will have to upload them all night😁 P1-3 can see the scenery outside when staying in the room. We can watch the lively pictures while lying down here🗻 P4-9 There is a grassland downstairs. There are ponies, puppies and lambs. You can play with them. There are many others that I haven’t uploaded because I want to enjoy them alone hahaha🐎🐶🐑 P10 was a place where I made my own coffee. I walked around and made a cup. If you want to have afternoon tea delivered to your room, you can directly tell the person in charge of the B&B. They respond very quickly. I would like to mention something special here. You can make any request (reasonable), and you can try if it is unreasonable😏 P11: We asked the B&B if we wanted to participate in a local toast feast, and Brother Chen took us there and picked us up in the evening. You can rest assured and don’t have to think about anything else. There are food, shows, and what I like. Bonfire🔥🔥Friends who want to experience it can go and see it Friends who want to take photos of Tibetan clothes no longer need to go to the photo studio, the photos will be the same. Here 🈶️ good-looking, unique, clean, and high-quality Tibetan clothes can be provided. There is a special room with clothes, accessories, etc. , because we don’t know much about how to wear Tibetan clothes, so we have a professional costume designer 👍 I just wore it casually, and I thought it looked good even if I just wore a coat. My friend wore the whole outfit, and it looked very grand! When we arrived at Shangri-La, we didn’t have to think too much. We could decide by ourselves when and where the B&B owner would pick us up. The facilities in the room were comprehensive and easy to use, with floor heating and hair dryers all from Dyson👍 🥬🌽The food at the B&B is also very delicious. Friends, you can try it. We ate here twice in a row. Just set the time and order the food in advance. You don’t have to worry about running out to eat at the right time. Let’s talk about something else. I didn’t feel comfortable in the wind because I didn’t wear enough clothes on the first night. They delivered all kinds of things I needed in the middle of the night. It was really great. I felt full of energy the next day. Brother Chen is very nice. He introduced us all the way, responded to our requests, and even helped us take beautiful photos✌️ Yuqi made coffee and explained it to us. He was very attentive and helped us take a lot of favorite photos✌️ Friends in other B&Bs are also very friendly💗 Okay, see you next time

The location was really breathtaking, simply wonderful. The room was cleand and cozy (even had electric blankets to keep you warm in place of air conditioning!) and restaurant served tasty, Chinese dishes in good prices. Overall, the experience - together with the hike - was very nice but it has to be noted that in case of the simplest no-bathroom room, the shared public toilet and bathroom is quite a disgusting experience. We've seen a lot and this one 'topped' it all.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and gave great information about the area. They also provided a free serving of fruit when we arrived, and explained how to turn on the humidifier and oxygen machine in the room. The hotel is located in ancient town, but Didis can still reach the front door of the hotel. It is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. We had an early flight, and the hotel helped schedule a Didi for us. The hotel also had three sweet cats. The shower head was a little low, but aside from that the amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. 😊
