Indigo Hotels in Shangri-La

An absolutely fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly patient. We did encounter a couple of minor hiccups during our stay, but these were handled flawlessly. Firstly, a bouquet of flowers we had purchased was accidentally discarded with the trash. After we reported it, the staff were extremely patient and proactive in resolving the issue, offering multiple solutions, including buying us new flowers and having them sent to our home, and providing complimentary breakfast. We are especially grateful to Lhamo, Allen, and Mark for their outstanding service in this regard. Secondly, the staff were consistently thoughtful, helping us adjust the room temperature, accepting food deliveries, and ensuring the shuttle service was always prompt. Finally, upon check-out, I realized I had left my laptop charger in the room. The staff responded immediately and helped mail it back to my company, even refusing payment when we offered to cover the shipping costs. Their dedication and patience were truly impressive. A special thanks also goes to Emma and Daisy, who proactively contacted us after these incidents and offered various solutions. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for giving us such a wonderful Shangri-La travel experience.
