The Wuchen Inn is in a great location, quiet yet central, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner is genuinely kind and the service is incredibly warm, really giving you a taste of local ******* life. My stay on the plateau felt very secure and wonderful!

Excellent location near the town centre. Room was clean with an electric blanket to combat the mountain cold!

The location of the hotel is very strategic. But it’s tucked in the alley. Quite troublesome if you have heavy luggages as the whole road are cobblestones. Comes with heater floor and blanket. So comforable.

No one at the front desk during our check-in time. Luckily local helped to call the hotel as we couldn’t make a call with our e-sim. The room was super cold at night, texted the hotel via WeChat and they allowed to take heater from the front desk. The location is great as it was near to the night dance square and North Gate. Worth the money

The room was very clean and the location was super convenient, just a five-minute walk to Moonlight Square. However, the wooden room didn't have air conditioning, and I guess they turned off the heating since the weather was getting warmer. It was quite cold in May; I even had to wear a light down jacket inside the guesthouse.

The location is fantastic, close to attractions and food streets, making it very convenient to get around. The room gets great natural light, is meticulously cleaned, and the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The front desk even thoughtfully recommended a travel guide. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations! The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and friendly, and the location is convenient. It's excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back next time! 👍

The location is inside the Dukezong ancient city, the room is big, there is electric blanket inside. What makes my stay so memorable is the lady sitting in receptionist desk. I asked her about Abuji Cuo trip. She booked me a driver but my wechat is error. She’s willingly wake up at 6AM in the morning and sent me to the driver since I dont have wechat. I really appreciate her help. I stayed here 4 nights and I love it. The poeple are nice.

Very close to Sifang Street, and parking is convenient – the parking spot is only about 50 meters from the guesthouse. The front desk lady was very warm and welcoming. The guesthouse itself is very quiet, and you can even make tea on the second floor. Plus, there's 24-hour hot water in the room.

The location is great, right near the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient Town. The hostess is super nice. There's a fire pit in the guesthouse's courtyard where you can warm up, and they even offer butter tea and grilled rice cakes.

We stayed at Clean Inn in Shangrila. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was okay. However, the room was very cold during our stay, and unfortunately the heater was not functioning, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night. Overall, cleanliness was good, but the heating issue should be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Easy too find, quiet night and close to tibet dance activities. In old town so close to shopping

The hotel is located inside the Ancient Town, which means you’ll need to carry your luggage over the cobblestone paths. There’s no staff at the front desk, but no worries, you can simply call them using the phone number in Trip.com. It was super cold in Shangri-La, but the heated blanket kept us warm 😃

All the amenities needed are there. The floor is a bit cold at night but slippers are provided. The heated mattres pad helped us stay warm until morning. The innkeeper also booked us a taxi to the railway station on our way back. The innkeeper cannot speak English but they use google translate to communicate with us. If you're planning to stay here, be sure to pin your drop off at north gate. The inn is just a walking distance to the Dukezong Ancient Town square which is just perfect. Be sure to install Amap apps to navigate around the town. There are many halal restaurants nearby the city.
