It was such a cute ******* style room, very clean, electric blanket and big fluffy blanket (much needed in cold times). Only 5 minutes from the ancient town !

Really nice quiet guesthouse to stay. Just beside the old center, easy to catch the bus to get around. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable with heating blanket, shower was hot. Big and small towels, soap, shampoo, drinking water and a kettle were provided. Internet was good enough. Friendly host and clean environment. Recommended!

The room is cute and clean, the owner allowed to check in earlier. The location is very convenient, close to the old town and bus station

Ended up booking a second night because the place is so nice! Also there is water to drink in the check-in office which is nice. Really appreciated the wooden structure and the big windows!

loved that the mattress comes with heater cause shang rila is so cold especially during the night. the hotel is in a very strategic location; walking distance to halal restaurants, 2 mins walk to enter ancient town, and by the roadside which is easy for DiDi pickups and drop off

The room was cold, and the air conditioning didn't provide heat. I had to wear thick clothes inside. Couldn't even shower because it was so cold; I was afraid I'd catch a cold. It was very noisy facing the street, so sleeping in was impossible. Being on the second floor, one night late, I suddenly heard loud banging sounds like someone was hitting the wall – it was really scary. Ladies, be careful if you stay here; it's quite frightening. I messaged the landlady on WeChat asking for disposable slippers, but she completely ignored me. The landlord was okay though; he brought me two bottles of mineral water.
