Ten miles of stunning scenery, with ten miles of snow-capped mountains 🏔️ right before your eyes! We've arrived in Shangri-La today and are staying at a hotel near Napa Lake! From the hotel's back garden, a breathtaking panorama unfolds—the vast grassland is truly invigorating. Our room is a private wooden cabin, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted by endless grasslands and snow mountains. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea and admiring the beautiful view is simply wonderful! The butler, a lovely lady, thoughtfully turns on the underfloor heating and humidifier in advance, which is such a nice touch. Opening the room door feels like stepping into a fairytale! There's a coffee ☕️ shop on the grassland, surrounded by pastures where horses 🐎 are leisurely grazing. Alpacas 🦙 are busy posing for photos with guests (they're quite the photogenic bunch!). The three Bernese Mountain Dogs are incredibly gentle and hilarious! They only give us about a minute for photos before heading back to their little room to lounge. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel in Shangri-La, bringing together mountains ⛰️, water, and beautiful landscapes all in one place. It's the perfect escape from the noisy city, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature and savor the present moment!

This Shangri-La luxury glamping hotel was an absolute surprise and highlight of our trip! The location is superb, offering unparalleled views of continuous snow-capped mountains and vast grasslands right from our window. The rooms are perfectly adapted to the high-altitude environment, equipped with oxygen supply and underfloor heating, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The service was thoughtful and attentive; our butler was warm and meticulous. We even got a free ******* costume photoshoot, which resulted in some stunning, atmospheric photos. In our free time, we could feed adorable animals and enjoy authentic ******* refreshments. In the evening, we waited for the 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon at sunset, and at night, we gazed up at the starry sky. This place perfectly blends the wild beauty of nature with exquisite service. Staying here in Shangri-La was truly worth it!

Staying at Shili Snow Mountain was a perfect experience! It's right next to Napa Lake, and you can see snow-capped mountains and grasslands from your window. The location is super convenient for getting around. The cute alpacas on the property add a lot of fun, and the Black Bean Coffee House is incredibly cozy. They even offer professional travel photography services, so every shot looks like a stunning blockbuster. We took a morning tour around Napa Lake and had to catch our high-speed train around noon. We didn't have time to go back to our room for our luggage, but the staff kindly helped us bring it to the front desk. Such thoughtful and warm service! The service was meticulous and attentive; I genuinely recommend it. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

On a whim, we decided to stay at the Shili Xueshan Wild Luxury Manor during our trip to Shangri-La, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect – full marks for attention to detail and outstanding service. I genuinely can't recommend it enough! The hotel's location is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for visiting key attractions like Dukezong Ancient City and Songzanlin Monastery. It strikes a great balance between peaceful and lively, with easy access to taxis, so getting around is no hassle at all. The resort's natural scenery is incredibly therapeutic; the expansive lawns and leisurely grazing yaks and sheep create such a wonderful atmosphere. We even got to interact and take photos with the gentle alpacas. The highly-praised Black Bean Coffee House boasts prime, uninterrupted snow-capped mountain views, truly elevating the ambiance. The hotel's dining and accommodation facilities exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was top-notch, with fresh ingredients and a rich variety of dishes, including meats, vegetarian options, desserts, and drinks – perfectly suited for dining at high altitudes. You absolutely must try their signature yak hotpot; the meat is firm and tender, and the broth is rich and heartwarming, effectively warding off the high-altitude chill. It was an excellent experience. The service was thoughtful and meticulous. They even offer a complimentary photoshoot during your stay, with professional photographers capturing stunning snow mountain shots effortlessly. The front desk always has emergency oxygen cylinders readily available, a considerate touch for family members experiencing altitude sickness. The staff were responsive and provided genuine, warm service. The room's hardware and details were exceptionally well thought out. The entire room has oxygen supply, ample floor heating, and comfortable constant temperatures. The provided slippers are thick, soft, non-slip, and warm. The bath towels are fluffy, skin-friendly, clean, and odor-free. The full set of toiletries are excellent quality, effective, and durable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The wooden cabin is spacious and airy, and the terrace offers expansive views overlooking the entire snow-capped mountain range and grasslands. The scenery, food, service, and facilities were all exceptional. It truly lives up to its reputation as a hidden gem and a superb value wild luxury hotel in Shangri-La!

I specifically came to Shangri-La for the **location where 'Running Man' was filmed**, and made sure to visit the Shili Snow Mountain Luxury Estate and the famous Black Bean Cafe. The entire stay was incredibly heartwarming and restorative, with absolutely no regrets. This is definitely my top choice for Shangri-La! We stayed in a Grassland Cabin Twin Room with a terrace, and the experience was truly fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Shangri-La. The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of the Napa Lake Yila Grassland, directly facing the majestic Shika Snow Mountain. Getting around is super convenient. It's only about a ten-minute drive to key attractions like Dukezong Ancient City, Songzanlin Monastery, and the Napa Lake环湖公路 (Napa Lake Ring Road). The hotel also offers free pick-up service from the station, and there's dedicated parking for those driving, so you don't have to worry about travel or getting around at all. The location and transportation are impeccable. The guesthouse is surrounded by a vast private grassland, offering stunning natural scenery. Step outside, and you're greeted by an endless expanse of lush green meadows, with cattle, sheep, and horses roaming freely. The scenery is charming both morning and evening; in the early morning, the snow-capped mountains are shrouded in mist, while in the evening, the sunset bathes the wilderness. Every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. There are gentle and adorable alpacas in the park that you can feed and take photos with up close, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The much-anticipated Black Bean Cafe offers incredible views; sitting by the window, you can take in the panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands, immersing yourself in the rustic romance of Shangri-La. What truly impressed me was the hotel's service, which was sincere and warm throughout. The staff and butler were enthusiastic and attentive, proactively helping with luggage and patiently reminding us about precautions for high-altitude travel and preventing altitude sickness. Any request was met with a swift response, making us feel incredibly cared for. The wooden cabins have a warm and elegant feel, with independent terraces offering unobstructed views. Each cabin is equipped with underfloor heating and oxygen supply, greatly alleviating any discomfort from the high altitude, ensuring a very high level of comfort. The fantastic scenery, attentive service, and exceptional stay experience are absolutely worth it. This is a true hidden gem of a luxury estate in Shangri-La that you definitely won't regret choosing!

The environment is fantastic, and the cabin rooms are very comfortable. What I really loved is that no matter where you look, there are adorable alpacas roaming around the yard. Shangri-La itself is incredibly beautiful, no filters needed, and this hotel truly lives up to it. They even have underfloor heating, which was super cozy. Big thanks to the owner!
