THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED AT 😩❤️❤️ Our plan was to stay one night in Shangri-La and we made THE BEST decision booking this hotel. They provided pick up and drop off service from the railway station and the car was very comfortable for us 4 people. The butler waited for us right outside the station and greeted us with a smile. He helped us with the bags and drove us to the hotel. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the station and when we arrived, the staff gave us each the ******* scarf as a welcome gift. They explained everything in english and added us to a wechat group with all the staffs so we can ask anything in the group through wechat right away. The room was BIG. Was luxurious and very high tech. and DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE VIEWS 😭😭😭 The view from the room was IMMACULATE. I COULD WATCH IT EVERYDAY. Everything was clean, new and COMFY. They have everything prepared and everything was complete. The hotel provided complimentary afternoon tea for each night and you could order any drinks you like from the rooftop cafe. The drinks were amazing and they even provided some fruits. The view from the rooftop cafe was also amazing. We had an amazing time in the cafe. There were a lot of animals roaming around the ranch of the hotel and we got to touch feed and take pictures with all of them!!! It was THE MOST MEMORABLE part of the stay! There were rabbits goats lambs alpacas yak cows pigs. All of them were roaming around freely and we could take pictures and play with them! There were also another cafe and the other side of the ranch with very good views. The ranch is filled with multiple photo spots. They prepared a few huts with cute props for us to take pictures. At night, they prepared a tea making event for us to enjoy but we didnt have any time since we went to the ancient town that night. The Didis are surprisingly easy to be found even at 11pm. When we came back to the hotel they handed us each a cup of warm yak milk for a good night sleep. We slept so comfortably and the next day, we had our delicious breakfast and they were so considerate offering us a halal version of the breakfast!! And we also had our complimentary photoshoot with the ******* cultural outfits. It was very good and we got 5 pictures for free!! We requested for a late checkout but they couldn't do it since there are other people checking in the next day. However, they instead offered another complimentary afternoon tea session!!! After checking out, we leave our bags in the hotel lobby and they handed us each a goody bag filled with snacks!!! We played a little bit more with the animals and enjoyed our last few hours in the rooftop cafe for the last time! We were so sad leaving the hotel but surely we will come again!!!

This is the prettiest place that I ever stayed. This place is about 15 min from Shangri-La Railway Station. We’re welcome with their culture and a free tea time break while waiting for the room. The view was very nice as it facing grasses and mountains, you guys can also take pictures with animals and experience their traditional costumes. The best highlight is that they provide a free tour at Napa Lake, enjoying the beautiful of Shangrila-La. Recommend you guys to come and experience.

Really make a good memories stay 2 night here, i hope can be longer next time. The staff very helpful, the location so beautiful. The room very clean and big. The complimentary afternoon tea, pick up from station, also help me with my taobao order. 👍👍👍

They have a dedicated butler group that informed us about the specific times for various extra services. Upon arrival, they helped us with our luggage, and a staff member escorted us to our room, introducing us to the hotel facilities. The ranch is very well-maintained with beautiful scenery. You can enjoy afternoon tea on the fifth floor, and there's yak milk available in the evening. It was a very cozy night.

The hotel was located in a very nice location, with the grassland right behind, which is very popular on social media. We also redeemed the photography services which was very professionally done and we loved the photos! Would definitely recommend staying here to experience the true Shangri-la experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The free tour provided by the hotel around Napa Lake was a pleasant surprise and it was absolutely fascinating. The room was very spacious, view was stunning and bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff were truly friendly.

From the pick-up to the end, the entire service process and experience were well-planned. The staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous. We were lucky enough to visit during their two-year anniversary celebration, which included a tour. We leisurely drove around Napa Lake, and the hotel grounds were absolutely stunning and very photogenic. They even offered free travel photography!

The staff were very friendly. Our room opened right onto a large grassland, so the environment was absolutely beautiful. However, you absolutely have to be able to tolerate small flying insects, because there are so, so many of them! At night, the entire bed was covered in tiny flies. Another downside is that it gets hot; there's no air conditioning, and you have to use a fan at night. We really couldn't open the doors or windows because of all the small bugs and mosquitoes.

After a full circuit around the lake, I realized there's no need to go anywhere else, except for the paid grassy area by the shore. The hotel's ranch offers the most stunning views. The staff were very attentive and warm, and both the afternoon tea and breakfast were excellent. You can even try on ethnic costumes for photos 📷. It's especially perfect for someone like me who loves a relaxing, 'stay-put' vacation! 👍

We chose Muka Manor so we could wake up to the beautiful scenery of Napahai grassland, and the stunning view we saw in the morning truly didn't disappoint. It's a gorgeous vast grassland with lots of animals. The room facilities are very new, and everything is well-equipped and high-quality. The hotel offers a free photography service, where you can wear ******* clothes, but we opted for casual wear instead. 😀 The photographer's skills were excellent, and we made wonderful memories at Napahai. 🧡🧡🧡 The hotel staff were also very attentive. My favorite part was the Marshall speaker in the room 🧡🧡

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing view from the room. We didn’t go anywhere the whole day, just staying at the hotel. Wandering around the field where there’s plenty of animals. The only minor complaint would be a slight smell in my room. Seems to be the smell from sewage. Other than that, all the other things are all good.

Super beautiful stay at Muka- everything was perfect. Clean rooms, nice views, their chinese breakfast was comforting in that climate too (think hot soup with a view of a few cows outside of the breakfast place, definitely a good moooorning) And the best has yet to come; take a few steps out of the hotel lobby and you are greeted by adorable HAPPY animals- horses, donkeys, sheep, alpacas, rabbits, piglets, yaks. Do note the sheep can be a little smelly but they are like that. Their ranch is kept clean and well maintained. The animals happily feed on grass and they are used to people around them- some even go closer to do photoshoots with their traditional costumes. You will not regret- I wish I stayed longer.

The view from the room was extremely beautiful. You can always head down to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the animals. The hotel staff welcome us upon our arrival and even gave us tea leafs and local snacks as a souvenir. Though there were no air conditioned in the room, but the rom is cold enough because of the high altitude. This hotel is definitely a must to come!

We get the upgrade room and nice view from the room, can see some animals. but the bad thing for us not aircon for us a bit hard the breathe after they got give us fans not really help at all
