Xingzhiyue Scenic View Hotel

The owner and staff were incredibly enthusiastic! Shangri-La was the last stop on our week-long trip, and this was the first B&B where the owner called us after booking. They gave us specific directions beforehand and helped us with our luggage. We'd booked a twin room with a 1.3-meter small bed, but the landlady kindly upgraded us to a 1.5-meter bed for free. Since we arrived at 5 PM, we booked a 'toast feast' directly with the owner, and they even drove us there – so thoughtful! They also arranged for us to have a fantastic front-row view. Another important thing is that their milk was super, super delicious, and the milk skin was incredibly fragrant, which was a huge delight for a little girl who loves milk!

The room was lovely and quite clean. It had a smart toilet and a separate wet/dry area for the shower. Disposable face towels and bath towels were provided, which was a nice touch. They also had an oxygen machine and a humidifier, both of which were much-needed amenities. The owner and staff were all very kind; they picked us up from the station and helped with our luggage.

The room facilities were excellent – spacious, clean, and equipped with an oxygen concentrator. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and I felt very comfortable using the disposable towels. They even helped with my luggage from pickup to check-in. What touched me the most was when I couldn't figure out how to add water to the oxygen concentrator, so I asked the owner for help. After learning I wasn't feeling well, she brought me a warm glass of 'Ganmaoling' (cold medicine). It felt as warm and welcoming as home.

The owner is super nice, and it's quite close to the ancient city gate. The service is excellent, and the surrounding area is quiet. Highly recommend for family and friends traveling together.

The owner is incredibly kind and super friendly. The front desk offers complimentary snacks, and they'll even share tea and chat with you. The room environment is excellent, with complete amenities. They even call you a day in advance to ask if you need airport/station pickup. 😊😊😊😊 All in all, it's highly, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel offers a shuttle service, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The owner is genuinely kind, warm, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Dukezong Ancient Town and within walking distance. They can also connect you with reliable, officially licensed drivers for private car charters at a great price, saving a lot of hassle during your trip. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Shangri-La. I'll definitely choose this place again for future trips!

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The room was clean with no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in very efficiently. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

The price for the feast was also very reasonable, even cheaper and better than what's offered online. ******* attire photoshoot 12% off: The photoshoot recommended by the owner's wife was also excellent. Not only was the price fair, but the service was also top-notch. Welcome fruit: The staff who picked us up from the airport were incredibly welcoming. There were lots of snacks, delicious milk, and very sweet mandarins. The owner and staff had fantastic attitudes, recommending many great places to eat and fun activities. The facilities in the hotel are very new, making it perfect for friends and family to stay and enjoy their vacation!
