Extremely helpful family run establishment. Very warm hosts offering lots of tips and advices. Accommodating to last minute planning! Highly recommend! Spacious room with plenty amenities!

Host is very welcoming though we cant speak the local language. He's always asked us on our plan and also dropped us off at the train station on our last day too. It's great that there was O2 machine in the room since on first day you can easily get altitude sickness.

Very good service and friendly team. They made us feel at home with constant checking in and making sure things are alright. They reminded us the UV ray was high before we went out. Just a bit of walk to reach the ancient city. Calling for Didi was easy as the pickup is just outside the hotel. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again.

we stayed at the double bed suite located on the third floor. a little climb everyday but not an issue for us. the staff and boss lady were very friendly and hospitable, it felt like we were talking to friends. they give nice suggestions and advice on what to do. the room has oxygen supply and is very big and spacious. the room we stayed in had 2 toilets which was convenient as well. the hotel is located in a quiet corner near the ancient town. 5min walk gets you to the main action. the hotel was also very nice to give us a welcome gift and gave us something when we left also. it was easy to arrange for pickup from the train station, and the staff was also very nice to send us out to the main road when the shuttle we booked did not want to drive in. breakfast is provided and it is quite a spread. regrettably, our itinerary was so packed we did not have time to properly sit down at the dining room to enjoy it, but the lady boss was very nice and gave us takeaway containers. we were so touched! there are also many snacks that you can help yourself to at the lobby. we loved our stay here and had a wonderful 3 nights!

This is probably the best Airbnb in my Yunnan trip recently. Not only the facilities, cleanliness, smart features, breakfast are top notch. What amazed me is the personal touch in terms of services provided. To and fro transfer, homelike breakfast, help to handle our laundry, hot milk before bedtime and most importantly their friendliness through out our stay, are all factors that make me to recommend friends to try this amazing 天际雲端。will rate them 6 stars if I can.

We were warmly welcomed by the the lady boss and her kids. They were superb hosts who were very helpful and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The room is spacious and has smart facilities such as automatic curtains, oxygen machine and a projector. Bottled water, welcome fruits and shower amenities are also available. We had a great stay here and felt safe with the staff. In the morning, you can also request for coffee or milk and enjoy a simple spread of mixian or porridge with some dishes. The staff can also help to arrange for transport upon request. In terms of location, it is near the duke Zhong ancient town and cars can drop you at the doorstep. Highly recommended!
