Shangri La Tianji Cloud Resort Beauty Hotel (Dukezong Ancient City Store)

The service here was absolutely amazing, and they even offered free pick-up and drop-off. I had a huge pile of laundry and was so lucky they let me use the washing machine and dryer for free – super convenient! I accidentally left a ring behind before I checked out, and the 'dàsǎo' (auntie/elder sister) working there honestly returned it to me. I'm incredibly grateful! 🙏🙏🙏 I'd definitely book this guesthouse again if I have the chance, and I'll be recommending it to my friends too! 😍

Luckily, it was my child's birthday today, and they helped with decorations and even bought a cake. Top-notch service, top-notch team.

The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The hotel has a parking lot and charging stations, which is very convenient. Its location is excellent; just a straight walk down the road leads to a food street, and you can even see the famous photo spot at Guishan Park.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect, right by the east corridor of Dukezong Ancient City, making it convenient to get in and out. The three young guys were incredibly nice, proactively helping with luggage upstairs and always ready to assist. They were very genuine. Wishing them great business!

The service was excellent, with the butlers always on standby. Our luggage was even brought directly to our car. I appreciated the thoughtful detail of providing both regular and disposable bath and hand towels, catering to different guest preferences. It was a bit of a shame that we had rainy weather and couldn't fully enjoy the starlight room!

I just checked out of the hotel and couldn't wait to leave a positive review. I especially want to thank the young men working there; they were incredibly genuine. From picking us up and helping with our luggage to seeing us off, they were consistently enthusiastic and attentive. We booked a family room, which was very cozy, and the kids absolutely loved it. The oxygen supply and projector were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is a convenient five-minute walk to Dukezong Ancient City's commercial area. The service is excellent, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off from the station, and help with luggage. My only minor complaint is the lack of hooks or racks in the room for hanging clothes and towels, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you're sharing a room, after a shower.

The hotel environment is quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. All the facilities in the room are brand new and work perfectly. The hot water is consistent, and the toiletries are comprehensive. The staff are very responsive and provide attentive and thoughtful service. It was a very comfortable stay.

For China's hygiene standards, this is as clean as it gets. The service attitude is also excellent. They offer disposable bath and hand towels. The only minor issue is that the projector is a bit loud when turned on, and the picture quality isn't great. I hope they upgrade the projector. I'd definitely stay here again.
