The location is great which is walkable distance to the centre of ancient town. The room is big enough and clean. Owner is approachable and helpful when you need anything. The vibes of this B&B is amazing and would definitely stay here again if I visit Shangri La.

The only downside was that wi-fi wasn't working well (enough) inside the room. Solution: Move into the very comfortable patio. So, I would highly recommend this beautiful homestay. Everything was at hand. The rooms (I stayed in two different ones) are beautiful. The location is perfect, just at the border between the beautiful old town and the cheaper eating options and convenient stores. And there was always someone there to help me out with any questions I had.

The place itself is very cute and homey. Very nice area. You’re couple steps away from the ancient city. I would definitely recommend to stay there. The lobby guy is awesome and gave me nice recommendations! I would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel, well situated in Shangri La old city. Room is clean and cute, the owners are very nice and super helpful. The heating works well which is a big plus at this altitude. Only downside is the room is a little noisy from the street but not too disturbing.

We love the interior and the exterior of the accommodation. The traditional design is the main attraction. The location is just a few minutes walk to Guishan Park, famed for the largest prayer wheel. There are one halal food restaurant nearby and just on the main road.

Ideally located, with wonderful host always available to help and give information about the region and the city! The rooms are very cute and the beds were super comfy! Go for it!

Among the cheapest. Can ask Balagezong trip from owner through wechat. No air conditioner but its already cold in early May. Heater very functioning. I love the fleece comforter. Got washing machine & oxygen machine. Owner so kind, we sold oxygen bottles to him during our check out which we havent use. He helped carry luggages to Didi. He helped take our luggages going upstairs. He showed to us ways to go north gate of dukezong ancient gate. Walking around 15mins I love the tibet style house 💝 Around 10 mins to go guishan park.

The location of the hotel is perfect ! The room is clean and comfortable, in a nice ancient style.

A cozy traditional lodging for travellers in Shangrila. Situated near to the ancient town, very walkable and safe for day and night walking. The room is very comfortable and hot for the cold nights. The hosts are also very helpful despite the language barrier.
