Not bad. Very near to the moon square.a lot of eateries are nearby. The only cons is no soundproof in the room. I love the room so much. It is so comfy.

Excellent stay. Room decor is very unique, aminities are clean and nothing was missing but the best part is the friendliness of the owner and his service. First of all David speaks very good English, and it's been amazing being able to communicate clearly with someone after all the language struggles. He's a very kind and helpful person, and gave me many suggestions on planning my trips. Also, I've spent quite a lot of time talking with him about very interesting topics and aspects of local culture, religion and life in general. The property is located right next to one of the main entrances of the old city, so thumbs up for the location too🎉

Although we stayed there only for 1 night but they really went beyond to welcome and support us. Everyone was super friendly, if we could had more time definitely would spend more time in Shangri la and at Yi's

Comfortable accommodation in the Old Town. Less than 5 minutes walk from the buzz of Moonlight Square but still a quiet night's sleep. The hosts were great to talk to (they speak English), very flexible and helpful and the room was comfortable. They also arrange many tours and services in the Shangri~la area. I should also mention the great food at the attached restaurant, especially the yak pizza, and the local beer available at a much cheaper price than the bars around the old town.

Nice traditionally built hotel near Old town. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

The staff can speak English and very easy to communicate. Also the cat there helps to comfort the guests. Location is close to the shopping mall and temple but not too busy.

The host are helpful. Happy to support every issues.

The location of this small guest house is awesome, a few mins walk and you're at the main pedestrian street. You do live in the old town but it's not too noisy which is great. I stayed in the cheapest double bedroom which I can only recommend if you're on a budget - it's small but has everything you need. The only problem is you'd better not open your curtains because the room is in front of the small garden/area where every guest can stay which means it can get a little noisy sometimes and everyone can look into your room, so I stayed in a rather dark place. If you wanna enjoy the city and are on a low budget, it's still not bad.

Beautiful place near the old town... halal shop only 10 meters from the accommodation... The owner's service is also the best... very helpful... rented a motorbike for us... the best

I am a Vietnamese who came here to travel alone. The homestay owner is very kind and good at English. The only person I can communicate in English here, so it is very suitable for foreigners. In addition, he is very kind, spending an hour helping me find a hot pot restaurant for one person. My SIM card could not use the internet, he helped me solve it all morning, if it were not for him, I would have been in big trouble with no cash, no internet and no Chinese. Great, great trip.

Very good, very nice, the boss is very nice, he will help with the luggage, I was surprised to find that the boss actually spoke to foreigners in English🙀🙀, it's amazing
