Very Nice Hotel with Friendly and Helpful staffs! Staffs helped to carry luggages up and when leaving, help to carry as well to car. Many shops around and it's inside Gu Zheng but car can still drive in! Plus point for location! Staff was nice and WeChat before we arrive and wait for us at the entrance and bring all our luggages down!!! Room is big, plentiful of bottle water and also us to feel free to take! And yes they have oxygen on request if you need! Just use wechat to communicate with them! Very easy! Will love to be back in this hotel!!

We had an excellent two night stay at this hotel. The owner kindly came to the airport to collect us. The room was large and nicely decorated, with heated floors and an oxygen machine if you needed. We had the option of staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor and I think they upgraded us at check in to a room with a balcony. It was lovely to be welcomed with tea, fruit and pastries on the balcony. Breakfast was good, we had a bowl of noodles each morning. The location is slightly outside of the old town but only a 5-10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. A big plus was the free transportation provided to and from the airport/railway station—such a convenient service. The staff also helped us with our luggage right from the car all the way to our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious, perfect for two people with big suitcases, and still had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Breakfast was yummy too, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff also gave great recommendations on places to visit, which added so much to our trip. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The owner is genuinely wonderful and incredibly kind. If you're traveling as a family, or with elderly family members, this place is definitely the top choice for value for money! Firstly, my family and I arrived separately. Initially, I had a lot of concerns when communicating, but the owner reassured me with every 'no problem,' and it turns out every single one of those 'no problems' was truly comforting. My mother flew directly to Shangri-La alone and experienced some mild altitude sickness. Upon arrival, the owner quickly picked her up. After she landed, I heard her voice was a bit strained, and later, when I couldn't reach her after she'd checked in, I was worried something might have happened. So I contacted the owner again, who immediately went to her room to check on her and updated me on her condition. On the second day, when our rental car arrived in Shangri-La, the owner directly guided me to the parking spot. After we went out, the parking lot wouldn't let us back in, and the owner promptly came to sort it out for us. They even brought us some fruit. The room was spacious, and when our takeout order was stolen, they even helped us check the surveillance footage to gather evidence. On the third day, as we were leaving, the owner waited for us in the parking lot and gave us a parking voucher. Although they didn't say much, it really put us at ease. Plus, the room was very spacious, the toilet was smart, and the diffused oxygen was excellent!!! In a place prone to altitude sickness and where one might feel uneasy, choosing a clean, tidy hotel with such a kind owner truly provides immense peace of mind! Thank you, owner!
