Yuemeng Properties in Shangrao

This was one of our favorite accommodations of the trip. The owners were incredibly hospitable and friendly. Although it was a hotel, it felt just like home. They made our trip easy and enjoyable, leaving us with unforgettable memories. The hotel's location is superb, conveniently situated for visiting Wangxian villiage. The hotel itself was brand new, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. If you're visiting this area, this hotel is definitely the best choice! First, the service: absolutely perfect. The staff member provided shuttle service to and from Wangxiangu Scenic Area and was always available. We finished the two bottles of Nongfu Spring water we were given that afternoon in the room, and when we asked for two more after returning from our day trip around 10 pm, he immediately brought them to us without a second's hesitation. The next day, when we wanted to explore Shangrao city, he even recommended several local delicacies. Second, the distance: It's less than 5 minutes by car from the guesthouse to the scenic area entrance—very close, just a short walk away. Third, the location: There's a blue sign on the roadside that says ”Anxin Guesthouse.” You can see the guesthouse from the sign, and it's about 50 meters in. I followed the directions on Gaode Maps. There's a large open space in front with parking and a charging station. Finally, the room: Since it's newly renovated, all the facilities are new, and the towels and slippers are disposable. It was very quiet at night, not a sound at all.

Everything was more than worth the price. The owners and staff were incredibly lovely, making visiting the Valley of the Angels so easy. Instead of the hassle of traveling to such a remote area, the owners made everything simple. The rooms were clean and beautiful, with automatic systems from the moment you inserted the key card – a welcoming speaker, automatic curtain opening, automatic toilet – everything was spotless. The atmosphere was amazing; we fell in love with the place. Everyone in our group said that Mo Yuan Homestay made us want to return, and it was the most impressive accommodation we stayed at on our trip. Thank you so much for the attentiveness of all the staff.

We booked this big bed room. The room decoration is very exquisite and warm, disposable supplies are all available, and the mattress is very comfortable. The boss welcomed us very warmly and introduced the surrounding food and play guides. The environment of the homestay is very good. When you open the door, you can see the small river and green mountains. There is also a quiet and comfortable small courtyard. In the evening, friends sit in the small courtyard and drink tea and chat. It is comfortable and warm. It is a great stay experience!

Wangshan Bieyuan is located in Wangxianggu Scenic Area, on the main B&B street. It's a 5-minute drive from Wangxianggu, and the owner provides shuttle service to the scenic area during non-holiday periods. The hotel is situated in an alley off the main street, making it much quieter than the bustling main thoroughfare. The room facilities are excellent, with a high degree of smart automation – air conditioning, projector, and curtains are all voice-controlled. The water pressure is strong, and disposable toiletries, towels, and toilet seat covers are provided, which is a great touch. The B&B owners offer great service; they helped with luggage and even assisted with replacing car key batteries, showing great thoughtfulness. After exploring Wangxianggu, staying here for a night is an excellent choice. Due to the high density of B&Bs on the street and narrow storefronts, a few rooms might be a bit small, and there's some construction in the backyard, so there's no view. However, for a good night's sleep to break up a trip, it's perfect. This hotel is almost always fully booked.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and hygienic, making us feel completely at ease. What was most touching was the owner, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle service to attractions, saving us a lot of transportation hassle, but they also personally cooked local rice noodles for our breakfast. That bowl of rice noodles had amazing wok hei and tasted incredibly authentic – I couldn't stop praising it!

I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a guesthouse in a blind box! It's located in the Zhangjian guesthouse cluster below Wangxian Valley, just a kilometer or two away, so there's no need to go all the way into the scenic area. There's an authentic Jiangxi home-style restaurant downstairs, and the food is truly delicious. During our stay, the environment was surprisingly pleasant, and the owner made us local specialty noodles and rice noodles every morning – such thoughtful gestures! They even gave us watermelon upon check-in, and I must say, the local fruit is quite sweet and delicious, especially the peaches! When we mentioned we wanted to go out, they were happy to let us ride their electric scooter – so nice! Wangxian Valley is quite beautiful, perfect for exploring after 4 or 5 pm. The guesthouse owners were incredibly kind and recommended many places, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Words can't fully describe it – if you can imagine, standing on the terrace at 5 or 6 am, listening to birdsong and admiring the July mountain scenery shrouded in mist, I think that moment was truly worthwhile. I'll definitely come back! I hope the guesthouse owner's business thrives!

I found many B&Bs around Wangxian Valley, but after looking around, none of them really stood out to me. I'm quite particular about accommodations. By chance, I stumbled upon this B&B on Trip.com, and it truly exceeded my expectations when I arrived. I absolutely loved the cream-themed decor of the room; it was spacious, and the two 1.5-meter beds perfectly met the needs of our family of four. The room facilities and disposable amenities were all complete. Lying in bed and turning on the projector was incredibly relaxing.

The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The value for money was excellent, and the owner even offered free pick-up and drop-off service to and from the scenic area. The location was precise, and we didn't have to worry about food at all. The owner's homemade stir-fries were incredibly delicious! No need to bother looking for other restaurants, just eat what the hostel owner cooks. (Authentic review)

The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, especially the smart toilet which is convenient and hygienic to use, providing a superb experience. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. The service is warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for travel and accommodation, highly recommended!
