距離火車站很近步行可達，附近比較荒涼，就兩三家賓館和小飯館。賓館一共5樓沒有電梯，爬樓夠累，房間衞生還條件還可以該有的東西都有，但房間沒有防盜鏈，還有就是紗窗已經都破了，好在10月已經沒有蚊子了。房間直接朝着快速路，樓下過車的聲音很吵睡不好。睡眠輕的不建議訂。圖便宜為了離火車站近的可以來過渡一晚，總體來説性價比還可以。

性價比高，高鐵站和汽車東站才幾分鐘路程，去上饒的主要景點在汽車東站有專線車，非常方便，服務很好，設施簡單但挺好。
