從來沒有這麼生氣，前台有你的職責，作為一名客户因為特殊情況沒有及時付款，也和你們説明瞭，也不想為難你們，昨天下午和美女前台説了，如果朋友打牌沒有及時下單，我今天中午會處理掉，也同意了，你晚班這個大姐晚上到早上七點打電話説話這麼難聽，有意思嗎？操真的就不能給別人留點面子？錢今天結算清了，我**給你好好開個專場買流量宣傳一下你，狗那怕見多了也不會亂咬人。這房間空調聲音大到和開飛機一樣。房間臭和前台這個阿姨一樣臭

酒店位置還行吧，在永小旁邊，購物方便，停車也方便。差評主要有幾方面，一是服務差，缺拖鞋、缺牙刷，叫服務員送，一直拖沓，扔門口就走了，續住第二天也不送水，説續住的不知道有沒有水給，要請示經理，服務員都在房間打麻將，確實很忙。二是環境一般，有小蟲子，整體看起來還行，但不能説特別乾淨。對服務有要求的，真心不推薦。三是電梯很破，電梯與樓層不平，上下鍵按鈕都是數字拼湊，電梯會夾人。

淋浴房的玻璃門破了一半 衞生間的門乾脆就沒有了 抽屜裏面還有小蟑螂連住幾天沒有更換過被套 就洗漱用品還不及時補充 都要靠自己去前台要

真的差，住酒店多年，第一次提交差評，入住第一天，我説被子，枕頭很臟，麻煩幫我換一套，然後我出門，等我回去的時候問是否換好了，告訴我已經更換了，然後我回房間，發現衹是鋪好了，根本沒換過，枕頭還是原來那個，被子也也還是原來那床（衹是鋪平而已）。如圖，這是我第二次回房間實在忍不住才拍的照片，想想真的很生氣，很噁心🤢
