Location is super convenient, very quiet . Super clean and family owners was super friendly and nice.

This place exceeded all my expectations. It offers the best hotel experience and the best service! The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I want to highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the room, the bed linen, and the bathroom. The floor was spotless—I walked around barefoot, even though soft slippers were provided. Everything was well thought out down to the last detail, and all necessary toiletries were available. Clean, modern air conditioner Everything is very modern and stylish. Kudos to the designer—it’s a very cozy place. Just the way I like it. The view was magnificent! The room had an automatic curtain opening and closing system, which was very convenient given the large window and beautiful View. There was a cozy balcony next to the room. I contacted the hotel and ordered a transfer to and from the train station, which was convenient and safe; as a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease. The hotel manager, Mark was always available to help and offer recommendations. He speaks excellent English. He showed me where to get a delicious dinner and helped with translation. He even drove me to the valley and back to the hotel free of charge, and showed me beautiful spots—including a place to enjoy coffee with the best view. I want to extend a special thank to him; he is incredibly kind and attentive. He also took some beautiful photos and videos for me. I will definitely tell my friends about this place. Location is close to Wangxian valley. Many good restaurants surrounded. There is service that pick up and drop off to Wangxian valley for free. There is no shelf for the travel bag. The mattress on the bed is very poor and slides to both sides. The air conditioner is weak and noisy. The bathroom is very small. There are no body towels or hand towels, only a single-use thin towel. There is no hand soap. The shower gets clogged, making it uncomfortable to take a shower.

The view was amazing from there. Also the owner was very kind and arranged car from hotel to the Wangxian Valley. That was very helpful and convenient to make the experience smooth. Highly recommended.

The owner was very nice and helpful and helped us carry our bags up the stairs. I requested a room with a view, and we had large windows with a view of the hills and the little river outside. Our train got cancelled because of poor weather and this hotel didn’t have any more rooms available for the night, but they helped bring us to a new hotel that their friend owns, which I really appreciated. Great service!
