Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center
The location is pretty good, close to the subway and very convenient for transportation. There are many shopping malls and supermarkets in the surrounding area, and people's livelihood conditions are very convenient. The price-performance ratio of the room is okay. The only thing that needs to be improved is the sanitary conditions. There is a very unpleasant smell on the first floor, which is a bit like rancid water. I won't want to stay for too long. The first time I stayed, the room I was given was not very good. It was obviously different from the one in the photos. After entering the room, I found that the wardrobe was broken and there was no room to change. Something happened at noon the next day and I couldn't change rooms. Due to the tight schedule, I could only stay for three nights. If I have special requests, if I come to Shanghai next time, I will be given an upgraded room as compensation. The customer service staff are still okay because they are familiar with them!

The hotel is amazing and exceeded my expectations. I will choose this hotel every time I come here. It is very convenient for cooking simple meals and has a great location. I have stayed here for three consecutive years. Downstairs, there is a small supermarket, a park, a vegetable market, and a kiosk. Children can make friends and play in the park, and parents can go for a run.

Shanghai, located on China's central coast, is the country's most populous city and one of the most vital financial hubs in the world. Shanghai's skyline, punctuated by the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower and the towering Shanghai Tower, paints a vivid picture of the city's impressive blend of traditional charm and modern flair.

Journeying to Shanghai

Shanghai's main international airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, offers numerous connections globally. Once there, you can reach downtown Shanghai using the Shanghai Maglev Train, buses, or taxis. For domestic travelers, high-speed trains offer an efficient means of travel.

The main mode of payment in China is usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. Most places still accept credit and debit cards, but it's wise to carry some local currency (RMB) for smaller vendors. Mandarin is the official language, with Shanghainese also widely spoken. A translation app may come in handy when interacting with locals.

Attractions That Shine in Shanghai

Shanghai is brimming with must-see sights. Walk along the Bund to see colonial-era buildings against the backdrop of a modern skyline. Visit the tranquil Yuyuan Garden, an exquisite example of Ming Dynasty design. The Shanghai Museum hosts an extensive collection of Chinese historical artifacts, and the Shanghai Disney Resort promises fun for the entire family.

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.
