Sofitel Properties in Shanghai

We enjoyed our stay during our recent family trip to Shanghai. The hotel was so marvellous and services was so good and staffs were very attentive and helpful. I stayed hotels in many countries but your hotel is so far I should said the best especially your concierge manager Mr Jerry. He is very helpful and helped us alot during our stay. I would like to say A Very Big Thank You to him. He make our trip and stay very enjoyable with stress free. I will sure to book into your hotel on my next trip to Shanghai and will recommend to all my friends.

French Elegance and Thoughtful Service, Both Outstanding! For my trip to Shanghai, I chose the Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao's Superior King Room. The 44 sqm space, with its modern French decor, was both elegant and sophisticated; I was captivated by the exquisite ambiance the moment I walked in. The absolute highlight of the room has to be the Sofitel's exclusive bedding. The mattress was just the right firmness, paired with soft linens, instantly melting away my travel fatigue and ensuring a deep sleep every night. What truly deserves the highest praise is the hotel's customer service! I encountered a minor issue during my stay, and after reporting it, the staff responded immediately. They were patient in their communication and efficient in their resolution, with no excuses or delays whatsoever. Jenny from the Executive Lounge made me feel genuinely at home. I'll definitely be back!
