Check in was a bit awkward, the desk to obtain free parking was next to the check in desk. There was no one else checking in at the time, I figured our front desk lady could help complete the parking refund for us. That would save trouble. We had to go over to the desk, get a receipt, go back to the front desk then back to the parking desk again. Not smooth. Swimming pool facilities were not bad, sauna, gym all quite good.

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The room has a good view and you can see the three-piece suit. The guest room facilities are equipped with iLLY coffee machines, wireless chargers, Dyson hair dryers, and electric toilets. This is better in new hotels and the rooms are smarter. The service is basically responsive and the service attitude is very good. Special thanks to William, Lucy and Ryan from the front office for their help. The breakfast variety is relatively rich and has local characteristics. The location is quite convenient, close to the subway, and parking at the hotel is free. Already looking forward to my next stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is very spacious and bright, and the facilities are relatively new. It is only five minutes away from Shanghai South Station and is very convenient for commuting. It is a good choice due to its high cost performance. However, the cleanliness of the room is a bit disappointing. There are black stains on the pillowcases that look like footprints. The window is facing the train track, and it will be very noisy when the train passes by at night. There were two mosquitoes on the first night of my stay, and I didn't get any mosquitoes all night. I hope it will be better next time. Before checking in for the first time, at least make sure there are no bugs in the house; there is also the wifi, the signal is really bad, I was scolded by the boss for being stuck in a meeting, this is really what makes me the most angry. Overall, it's okay. The price is worthy of such quality, and it is indeed a very affordable accommodation option.

This Mercure is very good. It is very close to the Caobao Road subway station. You can walk to the hotel in 2 minutes after leaving the station. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and try their best to accommodate any requests. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is pretty good. You can eat it before 11 o'clock, which is very considerate for people who sleep in. The room is clean and hygienic, the shower water is big and the shower is very comfortable. The pillows are also very soft and I sleep very well. I highly recommend this hotel to those staying near South Station.
