The stay experience is very good, the house is very clean, the environment of the whole community is also very good, the only drawback is that the heating of the air conditioner is not very good, the others are very satisfied

I rushed towards the theme of health and wellness. I looked at the flowers in general, impeccable from hygiene to service. The warm reception and patient explanations are very comfortable, and the environment is so good that there are grapefruit trees everywhere. There should be a sense of happiness of reunion! The hotel facilities are also complete, to maintain a healthy body, can be static and movable, and enjoy both entertainment and health! The room is clean and tidy and must be praised. I look forward to coming again next time.

It was an excellent stay in all regards. Service. Location and food. I was especially pleased when staff helped organise a surprise birthday cake for my wife - complimentary. Very special. Only one very minor complaint was the breakfast. The hotel cooked very small batches of bacon in the morning having only enough per serve for 1-3 persons and a 10-15minute wait for new bacon. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in I’ve never had such a long wait for bacon. Just a very small thing I would point out, but I would still give this hotel 5stars!

Great experience traveling around Shanghai! The housekeeper Alice responded very quickly! The lady who checked in and checked out at the front desk was also very attentive ~ I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's Chinese-style environment and responsive service, which greatly calmed my mood after an oolong incident at another hotel the night before! I look forward to having the opportunity to play with the whole family next time| Of course, there are some suggestions. At this stage, the hotel's software services are far better than the hardware. I still hope that the hotel's furniture and other hardware facilities can be better maintained.
