Great location walking distance from Shanghai railway station. Got there a few hours early but hotel allowed us to leave luggage there whilst we went for lunch. Lovely hotel, staff, breakfast etc.. Only downside is that the pool is 6th floor in next building so you have to come down, go past reception and lobby and take lift to the 6th floor there. The small jacuzzi was not available when we wanted to use it as it was safer with our 3 year old so had to go into the main pool but we felt like we were getting in the way as others were using it to do their length swimming. Also, to get to the pool you have to climb up some stairs and at the bottom what looks like a rubber grip flooring was full of cold water but it was clear so when i stepped into it with cloth sandals that the hotel gave us in the room, they got soaking wet and the water was freezing cold. There should be a sign there to say there is a pool of water (see picture attached) Other downside in the room is that the lighting system is very confusing - we had an executive suite and wanted to put our infant to sleep in the main room whilst we relaxed in the living room but if you wanted the lighting on in the living area you had to go to the bedroom to turn it on and the lights next to the front door were also confusing as there was no option to turn on the lights in the lounge area and if there was, it wasn’t stated hence why we say it was all very confusing.

We had the best stay in Modena by Fraser - Shanghai. It provides comfort like you are at home. Complete amenities. Free breakfast for 2 is already included. Free Shanghai Film Museum tickets, too. Front desk representatives speak English fluently. They are also very accommodating. Location si very near the Metro Station (Langao Road). Breakfast is satisfying. My first time to book in trip.com. Highly recommended app and hotel 😊

✨ [First glance into the room] Sunny and wide view 🙋 [For the landlord, I want to say] A big beauty 💡 [Small surprise for me by the homestay] Easy to stay, very safe 📍 [For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] It’s very square to eat and buy things nearby. 🛏 [Housing facilities I must mention] The bed is very comfortable, the only downside is that there is no TV (the landlord has described it truthfully)

advantage: 1. Close to the subway station and convenient transportation 2. The community greening is very good 3. The decoration drawings are in line with the facts, and the large balcony has a wide view shortcoming: 1. The sound insulation is average, the house is too close to the road, even if the window is closed, there is obvious noise at night and in the morning, which affects sleep 2. The toilet flush button is broken, and the supplied paper is only 1/4 pack. The landlord didn’t reply in time, and it took a long time for the wifi password to be answered. The voice on WeChat did not answer, and the call could only be connected a few times. 3. One of the bedrooms had a very disgusting smell of oil, as if the oil was spilled on the ground and then after a long time, the smell was so heavy that it was difficult to sleep. And there is a thin layer of blanket on the mattress, and you can clearly feel the spring back in the mattress when you sleep.

I often travel nearby on business. I saw the hotel that was renovated years ago opened. I spent one night there. The room was clean and tidy. It had a latex mattress. It was the most comfortable night I slept in recently. Xiao Hu at the front desk had a very good service attitude and upgraded me to a room type for free. First time hotel review, highly recommended

The bed is bad, the pillow has a toothbrush, you have to go by yourself, the service staff wear shorts to check in, it’s strange
上海宏驊公寓

The sanitary conditions in the room are very good, the decoration is also good, giving people a warm and romantic feeling. It is a ten-minute walk from Zhenping subway station. There are many snack bars and shops in the apartment building. The bedding is relatively clean. The landlord’s thoughtful service and reply to the information quickly every time.
