**Check-in experience** As soon as you step into the hotel lobby, you will be attracted by its warm atmosphere. Soft lighting, elegant decoration, and every detail reveal the hotel's intentions. However, what really made me feel at home was the warm reception from the beautiful receptionist Jane Zhang. **Excellent service from front desk receptionist Jane Zhang** Jane Zhang's service attitude is top-notch. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, she greeted me with a bright smile and made me feel like home. Not only did she check me in quickly and efficiently, she also patiently answered all my questions about the hotel facilities. Her professional knowledge and keen insight into guests' needs gave me full confidence in the hotel's services. During the communication with Jane Zhang, I learned that she is about to celebrate her birthday. Here, I would like to take this opportunity to express my most sincere wishes to her: Happy birthday, Jane Zhang! May your life be as full of sunshine and happiness as your smile. I hope you will take your career to the next level in the new year and continue to use your professionalism and enthusiasm to bring an unforgettable stay experience to every guest!

After I came out to watch the show, I happened to meet a friend for a late-night snack and just slept for one night. The hotel is very new and the door is very unique. Unlike ordinary hotels, you can see that there are glass doors inside. You can't see inside in this hotel. The lobby bar is very good. The Chinese-style decoration also includes Go and guzheng. The design of the room is a bit confusing. The washbasin is in the middle. The wardrobe and shoe cabinet is either through the door or opposite the bathroom. It is an open design, although it can also be blocked by a sliding door. In addition, the door is poorly used or the door installation skills are not good, and the sound from outside is clear. The bedding and pillows are also comfortable.

Very close to the West Railway Station, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and the service staff has a very good attitude! The price is very cost-effective and parking is very convenient. It is suitable for business trips.

Recommended by a friend, it's an old-school hotel. The decoration is not trendy, but the quality is passable. The bath water is big and warm enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. There are complete living facilities at the door. It is very convenient to go out to buy some snacks in the evening and eat local shepherd's purse steamed buns in the morning. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station

The cute and chubby little brother at the front desk has a very good service attitude, and he also helped with late check-out, thank you very much 🙏; the room is located in the corner of the corridor, relatively quiet🤫, although the decoration is old, but it is very comfortable and clean, especially Pure white bathroom🚽, I love it so much😍. The TV shows are also very good, and the Internet 🛜 is also very fast. It's just that the clothes racks are a bit old and not easy to use. Do the 5-star guests steal clothes racks? The doormen are all good, they are very winky, and help with luggage🧳. Although the location of the hotel is remote, the downstairs is the Langao Road subway exit of Line 7, and the traffic is very convenient! The breakfast was great, I was impressed with the chocolate bread pudding 🍮 and pine nut yogurt, the egg rolls were also very tender, thanks to the waiter for the espresso ☕️, and finally complained about the swimming pool 🏊♀️, it was too small! But the sauna 🧖 is amazing! Facilities: A bit old, but the kettle is new, and the ground coffee is great! Hygiene: very clean Environment: relatively prosperous, the surrounding restaurants and hippo fresh supermarkets are very close Service: very good!

We came here for staycation. Kids Corner was the best part of our trip, to be fair with this rating... Now to the minus points: - breakfast was not good. Variety yes, but not tasty at all. - you are not allow to swim without swim cap, there is no notice on the page. We were very disappointed. 😞 - pool for kids was not in use, there a lot of hanging clothes over there. - hotel signage was weird to show that there is a direct connection between 'the plaza' at B1 and the hotel. But the truth is there is no direct connection between hotel and the plaza, you need to walk to the pyramid. Staffs (more than one) have no clue what is on the direction board on the entrance. - don't ask for baby crib. You will get the crib but no mattress. There was just the crib, blanket and a pillow. However, we can see the friendliness of staff, although they could not communicate in English. Receptions (Hotel and N Club) were very friendly and helpful. Room was big, and as mentioned playground for children were are good experience at this trip. A bit disappointed of crowne plaza with this standard...

Shanghai: Where East Meets West

Shanghai, located on China's central coast, is the country's most populous city and one of the most vital financial hubs in the world. Shanghai's skyline, punctuated by the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower and the towering Shanghai Tower, paints a vivid picture of the city's impressive blend of traditional charm and modern flair.

Journeying to Shanghai

Shanghai's main international airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, offers numerous connections globally. Once there, you can reach downtown Shanghai using the Shanghai Maglev Train, buses, or taxis. For domestic travelers, high-speed trains offer an efficient means of travel.

The main mode of payment in China is usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. Most places still accept credit and debit cards, but it's wise to carry some local currency (RMB) for smaller vendors. Mandarin is the official language, with Shanghainese also widely spoken. A translation app may come in handy when interacting with locals.

Attractions That Shine in Shanghai

Shanghai is brimming with must-see sights. Walk along the Bund to see colonial-era buildings against the backdrop of a modern skyline. Visit the tranquil Yuyuan Garden, an exquisite example of Ming Dynasty design. The Shanghai Museum hosts an extensive collection of Chinese historical artifacts, and the Shanghai Disney Resort promises fun for the entire family.

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.

Shanghai offers a wide variety of accommodations to meet diverse traveler needs. The Peninsula Shanghai, near the Bund, offers luxury and proximity to iconic sights. For foodies, The Puli Hotel and Spa is near numerous eateries in the Jing'an District. The budget-friendly Mingtown Etour Youth Hostel near People's Square offers comfort without the hefty price tag.
