An excellent hotel to stay in for a romantic getaway. The hotel is gorgeous and laid up in the Japanese style. The room is particularly big with a separate shower area and an onsen area. The tub is big enough to fit two people comfortably, and fills up quite quick, full of hot water in 20 minutes. The separate shower area is also very comfortable and features a Japanese style showering layout with seating for you to sit and wash. The tatami beds were cosy, although a little bit flat for me personally. The room also features a master light of switch so that you don’t have to get up to turn off all the lights. The shower and toilet areas are also separate with an automatic toilet bidet. If you are ordering delivery food, they would send the food directly to your room through a robot, which we thought was very cool. The in room television also had access to the Internet so we were able to stream Chinese movies. I would like to thank a particular front desk staff (but i dont know her name) for helping me with finding my phone which I had left in my ride share car, as well as for being there for us to check out very early at 4 am. Thank you so much for your patience! Your service really helped make our stay great!

The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom with the bathtub was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. After I checked out, I realized I had left some of my belongings in the room, and the staff contacted me and helped arrange delivery. The breakfast was good as well.

Nice roon with bathtub and separated smart toilet. Near Metro, easy to access city and Shanghai Disney.

Good Location in the area of Pudong area, the hotel just next door of the 13 Pink Line of Zhongke road subway and very near main Line of Jinke Road Subway that you can direct to Hongqiao High speed raiway station far away only 2-3km.

I know that this hotel is in remote area but i choose this because I like very much japanese style and very close to Subway station, that's more important for me. The line is not so crowd so we can sit comfortable , this you can't get when your subway station is in city area. From the hotel to the left, cross the road is Zhonke Road Station Exit 3. From infront of the hotel, cross the road is EXIT 5. Both EXIT have escalator (EXIT 5 also with elevator). Breakfast is simple but good. The room is spacious with spacious bath tube. All are look exactly as on pictures.

Good business hotel with a MRT station right beside it. Location abit far from CBD but room was spacious and hotel environment quiet.

The hotel offers all day free Coffee and Tea, this is really nice, we also get welcome fruit and some local snacks in a small basket, it is pleasant surprise, the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful, going to the nearby shopping mall and Disneyland by private hire car is cheap and distance is short, this is one of the reasons we choose this hotel. Improvement: 1) Going from Taxi to the hotel, there is no covered walkway, if its rain, we will all be wet. 2) The shower and the toilet are separated, this is ok but they are too far apart, shower room is at the end of the room and the toilet is at the entrance of the room, the room is long in sharp 3) The curtain should be installed inside the shower room, not outside the shower room, the person who wants to shower would prefer to have privacy during shower time 4) Room to room are not very well soundproof

Service: It can be said that there is basically no service. There is only one person at the front desk. The most annoying thing is that you have to pay for more mineral water, and it is 5 yuan per bottle. For this kind of Yibao water, let alone the 200-room hotel, water is free. Even if it is sold at the original price, it is acceptable. It is really funny to sell it at 5 yuan per bottle in a 700-room hotel. Facilities: Very average, the sofa back is very low and it is easy to hit your head. The coffee table is very small, and the TV does not have a screen projection function. Many channels cannot be watched, and there is not even napkins in the room.
