The hotel I booked on Ctrip has a good location. There is a Metro City food shopping center about one kilometer away, with many special snacks. The hotel's decoration style is simple and generous, and the room is clean and tidy. During my stay, the hotel staff was warm and thoughtful. I really liked the smell of hand sanitizer in the room, which smelled like white tea. The hotel's toiletries, small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion, are especially worth praising. They are very exquisite. I like them very much and will stay here again next time!

This is the first bad review of a hotel I wrote in 2024. I came here with my friends to watch a concert. It cost more than 1,000 yuan for 3 days. I thought I could stay in a similar hotel at this price, but I didn't expect it to be so bad everywhere! 1⃣️The service staff had no sense of service. It was suspected that the manager's relatives who had not been trained were on duty. We arrived very late on the first night. The room was very noisy. There was always the sound of water in the sewer pipes, but we were too tired and wanted to change rooms the next day. We came back the next night and asked the front desk if we could change to a less noisy room. The front desk told us that there was no room without even looking at it. I immediately opened the booking software and saw that every king-size bed room was available that night. (The screenshot is attached below, which is Figure 1) It is understandable that the waiter felt that it was too late to clean a room again, so he refused to change it, but please tell the truth and don't treat consumers as **. 2⃣️After checking out, we put our luggage at the front desk. After coming to get the luggage at night, we planned to catch the bus. I wanted to go to the toilet in the hotel. The front desk staff had a very bad attitude and told me that there was no toilet on the first floor of the hotel. I asked if I could help think of a solution because it was really urgent. As a result, the service staff ignored my needs and said "My takeaway has arrived" and then left!!! Go get the takeaway!! I was stunned on the spot. Is this the attitude because I have already checked out? Later, thanks to a person in the hotel who should be a security guard, I went to the next store to use the toilet. Thank you. 3⃣️The hotel room type makes people feel very strange as soon as they enter the door. It is the first time for me to stay here and even the first time to see a toilet that can only be reached through the shower room. I carefully checked every picture of the room type I booked on your hotel page, and did not see any display of this room type. (Photo attached to Figure 2) 4⃣️After staying for two days, no service staff came to clean the room, and no one even changed the basic towels, slippers, etc. Our room seemed to be forgotten 😅 I called the front desk to ask, and the front desk called the aunt to come and clean the room. I don’t know if the hotel defaults to the guests not actively requesting, so there is no need to clean. 5⃣️The door of the hotel shower room cannot be closed tightly. The above is that this stay brought me a very unpleasant experience, which made me feel suffocated every day. The imperfect hotel facilities are a small matter. I hope that your hotel will conduct strict training for the service staff. The professional quality of your hotel service staff is really shocking.

Came to see Mayday's concert and experienced the Atour Hotel. I saw that this Atour Hotel was just a few minutes' walk from the stadium where the concert was held. It was super convenient!! There are several subway lines outside the door, which is convenient for travel. Very quiet. The room is fully equipped. The front desk provides disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs when checking in, and black tea is also provided. I ordered takeout and noted the room number, and the little robot delivered it to the room. Although it is a basic operation, I am very satisfied with these simple services when I am very tired. After watching the concert, I returned to the hotel and caught up with the late night porridge. The attitude of the front desk partners was superb. The first choice hotel next time I go to Shanghai.
