I originally booked the Boli Apartment, but Ctrip upgraded me to the five-star Boli Hotel next door, which I really appreciate. It was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely choose Boli Hotel again for my next conference.

Booked this for a friend who specifically needed a hotel apartment with a kitchen. The lobby was grand yet welcoming. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were excellent, making us feel very much at home. The room was spotless, and there's a small gym on the second floor, which met all our basic needs.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This stay was an absolute nightmare, a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise against anyone staying here. It was completely unusable, and the basic experience was severely compromised. The hotel's advertised facilities were grossly misrepresented. They claimed to be an apartment-style hotel with cooking utensils, but the provided equipment was unusable. The non-stick coating on the pots was peeling off, and they weren't even clean. The promotion was completely misleading, and basic needs couldn't be met! They advertised a washing machine, but it had no drying function! I asked the front desk about a dryer, and they said they had one but didn't know where it was, telling me to go look for it upstairs myself... After searching everywhere, I finally found a cleaner who told me it was in an unmarked small room! The most outrageous thing was the poorly designed shower. Water flooded everywhere when I showered, making the floor incredibly slippery, and I almost fell. Late at night, I had to use my own towel to soak up the water. It's a huge safety hazard, completely disregarding guest safety. The anti-slip mat provided was even 'fancier' than the premium apartment price – who would dare use something in that condition! What's even more frustrating is having to cross hotels just to get breakfast, which is a hassle and incredibly inconvenient, a truly absurd design. The overall facilities are shoddy, the experience was terrible, and I felt completely unsafe. Avoid this place at all costs; I will absolutely never return.

I booked this hotel for Genshin Fes, and its advantages are clear: it's very close to the venue. As part of the Hongqiao World Centre Greenland Hotel cluster, the service is also excellent. The apartment facilities are comprehensive, the food delivery locker and快递点 (courier drop-off point) are large and convenient. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, which ensures high security. The apartment rooms are also well-equipped with living facilities and are spacious. The overall hygiene could use some improvement, and its location is really only ideal for attending exhibitions at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Clover). Commuting to the city center takes too long. Despite these minor flaws, I would still stay here again.

The room is very spacious, I can do laundry and cook noodles. I really like this type of room.

I was here for a conference, and the room was very spacious, complete with a small living area. The bathroom also featured a practical wet/dry separation. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient. All facilities were excellent, and the room was spotless. Overall, it's definitely worth staying and comes highly recommended.

The toilet in the room was clogged, and I had to buy my own detergent for the washing machine. There were no coffee capsules in the capsule coffee machine's box. It felt like they had plenty of unnecessary things, but missed out on the essentials.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient. I highly recommend it! It's an apartment-style hotel, which was really convenient as it came with a washing machine, and it's located right next to Hongqiao Airport.

Breakfast is quality food. Good variety of Eastern and Western types. Room is clean and comfortable except for the auto heater came on caused uncomfortable dryness. Kitchen has some utensils and cockery which is so convenient for 9 days stay. Receptionists are not so proficient in English but they efficient. However, young guy gives me trouble of not able to set up my extra bed which was paid on 1st day of arrival. Worst of all , he didn't apologize for the mistake on his end. 20 mins walk to NECC using the overhead bridge and the subway station. Restaurants and convenience shops are within 5 mins walk.

It was a great, clean, and well-service hotel. Also, they gave us a free upgrade to my room.

The duvet in the room felt damp, and I woke up with an allergic reaction on my face. All four pillows provided were completely flat. The kitchen's range hood was also noticeably dirty. To top it off, my phone charger broke last night, leaving my phone dead, and when I asked to borrow a replacement, they didn't have any available.
