Looking at the hotel building and Ctrip photos, combined with the price in Fengxian, I thought it should be good, so I booked it, but the result was disappointing! There are obvious stains on the carpet, there are no disposable slippers, and the water provided is very cheap off-brand water, the drain is leaking and rusty, the toilet is stained, the quilt has some unwashed stains, the quilt and pillows are very thin (and cheap express It’s almost like a hotel), and the air conditioner didn’t feel warm even after I turned it on all night! Not recommended anyway! ! If I had known better, I would have preferred to live further away in Quanji (only over 100 yuan), and use the remaining money to take a taxi... The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but the hotel itself was so run down!

The towel disinfection work was not done well, and there was no towel disinfection record. The garbage in the room was not disposed of. It was not until I called the front desk that someone came to clean it. They wiped it and left without my permission. The door lock of the room was seriously short of power. After closing the door lock, the alarm kept ringing. Let the hotel engineering The department staff came to repair and said that our door was not closed properly. Since I took three elderly people on vacation together, I decided to check out, refund and change to a hotel. However, the hotel front desk tried every means to prevent me from making a reservation with Ctrip. I was really angry because the center was pushing the envelope and I called ***** and ******** (Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism) and the Shanghai Ctrip complaint hotline to complain. Fortunately, the matter was resolved, which was very helpful. My heartfelt thanks to Shanghai Ctrip for refunding all hotel booking fees. The room is extremely ugly! The bathroom is not as clean as the public toilets on the street! Several used rolls of paper were placed on the toilet, and there were some blood stains on the floor that had not been wiped clean! The room settings are extremely old!

Except for the good-looking front desk clerk, this hotel has nothing good about it. The bathtub is broken, there is no paper in the bathroom, and you can hear the conversation next door clearly. The price/performance ratio is too low.

Basically all the facilities are not open, including swimming pools, etc., and there are no laundry services, etc., and the bar is not open. I don’t know if it is because there are few people or some other reason. However, the guest rooms are not bad.
