The service was great, much better than Orange Hotel. The room was a bit small, but quite clean. The bedding was good, making for a comfortable sleep. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, which is another plus over Orange Crystal.

I was very satisfied with the room. Staying at a chain hotel always gives me peace of mind. The only minor issues were that the hotel occupies only a few floors in a building, so the elevators could get a bit crowded and slow during peak hours. However, I was very happy with both the room and the facilities! This time, I stayed with my child for two nights, and everything was great. The soundproofing was a little lacking though; on the second night, I could clearly hear people entering rooms, talking, and playing in the hallway late at night. The service and breakfast were both excellent! There's a subway station right downstairs, which made getting around very convenient. The surrounding area also has plenty of dining options. I was very pleased with the location! I would definitely consider this hotel again for my next trip.

The room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. Everything you'd expect in a room was provided. I was in the area for a trade show, and this was the best value-for-money hotel I could find. It's very female-friendly, with a movable makeup mirror and a full-length mirror. The bath towels, sheets, and everything else in the room were spotless. I'd likely choose to stay here again for future trade shows.

Facilities: The room was spacious, well-maintained, and quite new. Cleanliness: Very clean, and amenities were promptly restocked. Environment: It's very close to Yaohan, with two shopping malls nearby, and also close to the subway station. Taxis are easy to find, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. There's also a nice little music bar nearby. Service: Warm and attentive, Atour's service is top-notch. They even upgraded my room, and the scallion oil noodles at breakfast were delicious! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service! Recommended!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was very comfortable, and the environment was fantastic. Initially, there was a minor issue with the room, but the front desk lady resolved it immediately, which was super impressive. The hotel's location is also great. Overall, it was a very good experience.

This hotel is really great! The front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful. I stayed at Atour for several nights in a row. There are several shopping malls downstairs, and a wide variety of food options. The transportation is super convenient, with Metro Lines 2 and 9 just a three to five-minute walk away. It's also quite close to the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Bund. The breakfast was very rich, and my child absolutely loved this hotel. The room was also very clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was very impressed by the hotel, it is clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Upon knowing I had an evening flight they allowed me to check out 3 hours later than usual. The hotel has a guest laundry (free) and the staff offered to assist beyond what was expected including folding my laundry. The room was well supplied, with four bottles of water, rather than the usual two in most hotels. The shower was large and there was greater water pressure. Overall very happy and would recommend.

The location is pretty good; if you're willing to walk a bit further, you can actually reach the Pudong riverfront on foot. The hotel is also located within Pudong's central business district, so shopping and dining are not an issue at all – there are plenty of places to explore and eat nearby. However, the hotel and its front desk are situated inside a large building, so the external environment isn't particularly appealing. Inside, though, it's up to Atour's usual standard.

Very good location at 陸家嘴 just outside a subway station and a big mall. Breakfast is nice too.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful! They assisted with laundry service and even gave us Mid-Autumn Festival gifts. When I arrived at 11 PM and missed the late-night snack, the staff member actually waited for me to finish eating before clearing up. All our meals were taken care of at the hotel, and everything was clean and hygienic.

Extremely convenient location and clean accommodation. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Shanghai.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. When I arrived, they offered a fruit plate, and they even had a late-night congee service. Because of my flight schedule, I didn't get to the hotel until after 9 PM, which made ordering takeout difficult. So, having a few bowls of hot congee was absolutely perfect. The room size was just right, and the TV supported screen mirroring. Overall, it was a genuinely great experience, and I'm very satisfied.

I stayed here eight years ago, and decided to come back for a trip down memory lane. The breakfast is still delicious with a great variety, and the service is excellent. Atour's bedding is so comfortable to sleep on. I'll definitely come back again.
