Great location and value for money. Stayed here for a few nights during my Shanghai trip and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located just a short walk from Madang Road Metro Station, making it easy to visit popular attractions like Xintiandi, Nanjing Road, The Bund, and Tianzifang

Came to Shanghai for a show, and this hotel was super convenient – just a few minutes' walk from the theater. The breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of variety and tasted great. The parrot in the lobby on the first floor was absolutely adorable, definitely a highlight! Stayed for two nights and had a really good experience overall.

The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. The hotel environment is superb, with elegant design, comfortable and cozy rooms, and complete, advanced facilities 🤙. The hairdryer was super high-end and practical 🤙🤙🤙. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and polite ❤️. There are little parrots in the lobby on the first floor 🤩🤩, and the tea room, rooms, and corridors have natural, clear sounds, with birds chirping and flowers fragrant 🌹🌹. I will definitely be coming back again next ❤️.

I stayed here with my cousin and we had a perfect time! The location is walking distance to several shopping centers, restaurants, metro station, spas, and convenience stores. The room was very clean and materials were restocked everyday. Very good shower especially. Staff were very nice, spoke both english and mandarin, and gave us umbrellas on a rainy day. Will definitely be back here again!

The room was very clean, and I loved the local vibe of the neighborhood. Authentic local snacks and fresh fruit were all within 10 meters. Plus, the Madang Road subway station was just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel location is convenient, close to morning market, restaurants, hospital, mrt madang station, lu one mall and garden. Easy to access. Close to Xintiandi. The front office staffs are very helpfull. The hotel also can help reserve an airport transfer car. The mineral water are available for all day. Next time I come to Shanghai I wil reserve this hotel again For improvement, the design of the room feels outdated, maybe can be renovated.
