Booked this for a friend, and she said the service was great and the room was clean, though a bit small. She'd definitely book it again. Plus, there are lots of good beef hotpot restaurants nearby, and Ya Xin Plaza is just a short walk away.

The room was excellent, quiet, and comfortable. Very satisfied.

The hotel is right at the entrance of Sutichunxiao Mingyuan on Changshou Road, with plenty of great food options nearby. Transportation is also very convenient, and the best part is it's only a 3-minute walk to my company, which is incredibly convenient! I stay here every time I come to Shanghai!

The front desk staff were very helpful and promptly resolved any issues.

The hygiene is good and the service is thoughtful. It's also quite close to the subway, about a 5-minute walk. Very good overall. It would be even better if the breakfast options were a bit more varied or included some local specialties.

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has a warm atmosphere. Mr. Nan, the handsome front desk staff, was incredibly detailed and patient. He efficiently helped me with my booking and check-in, and enthusiastically promoted Huazhu Club. His excellent service left a deep impression on me. During checkout, I happened to see a front desk staff training session, and the supervisor was also very warm and professional. The hotel's breakfast also satisfied me greatly; the food wasn't just diverse and nutritionally balanced, but even the aunties working there were kind and friendly. A hotel like this truly energized my entire day's itinerary.

Great value for money, very affordable, and perfect for business travelers. The staff are all incredibly friendly and approachable. The breakfast was good too; today I had tofu pudding, milk, wontons, noodles, and cherry tomatoes – I wasn't even hungry after my 12:30 PM class! The member price is also quite reasonable. If you're coming to Shanghai for studies or work, I'd definitely recommend it. The photos were taken after I'd been staying for a while, so it's not exactly in its pristine state anymore, haha.

Extremely dissatisfied stay! I usually choose Ji Hotel, but the check-in process was strange from the start. The staff asked if I wanted to pay extra to upgrade the room, claiming our original room had no windows. We declined, and turns out our room *did* have windows 😂. What made us angriest was this: we were there to celebrate a friend's special occasion and had pre-ordered gifts to be delivered to the hotel front desk. All packages showed as signed for. When we arrived, we asked the front desk to help locate them. They opened the storage room, which was incredibly messy, with takeout and packages piled everywhere. Two staff members searched for a long time and found four. After taking them upstairs, we checked and realized two were still missing. We called the front desk to ask them to look again, but received no response. We called again to inquire about the progress, and they said they had searched twice and confirmed there were no more, suggesting we check with the courier. We contacted ZTO and STO Express, and both couriers confirmed the front desk had indeed signed for them. However, the front desk refused to search again and wouldn't allow us to look ourselves. We had to ask the couriers to come to the hotel and confront the front desk. After a long wait, the couriers arrived and quickly found the missing packages in the room. This whole ordeal wasted a lot of our time, delaying our other plans. What's worse, the front desk showed absolutely no apology for initially denying that our packages were there. The front desk's system for handling deliveries is completely disorganized, with everything just piled up. Their attitude was cold and irresponsible, which was very disappointing.

Facilities: There's a convenient parking lot, as shown in pictures 3 and 4. I didn't take photos of the room itself, but the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's a washing machine and dryer – super handy! Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff cleaned daily and always mopped the floors thoroughly – spotless every time! Environment: Comfortable and cozy, and very convenient for getting around. Wuning Road Metro Station isn't far away. Service: The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were very polite. If we needed anything, a quick phone call would get it delivered to our room very promptly – excellent service! With such great service, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The soundproofing is terrible. At 3 a.m., a woman next door suddenly screamed. They were ********** and kept banging their heads against the wall. El aislamiento acústico es pésimo. Staff was very helpful. Close walk to Line 13/14 which are not the main lines. Room has smoke smell

This stay completely shattered all the good feelings and trust I've built up for Ji Hotel over the years. The hotel service was mediocre, which I could overlook, but the unbearable stench from the bathroom, coupled with a musty smell throughout the room, was truly disgusting. I specifically requested a quiet room when I booked, yet the room I was given was incredibly noisy all night, making it impossible to sleep. My friend and I ended up checking out before 6 AM and moving to another hotel. This was hands down the worst experience of our trip. I can't believe how a hotel like this can even be part of the Ji Hotel system; those high ratings on Ctrip must be fake. I strongly advise anyone visiting Shanghai to avoid this place.

The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right outside and shared bikes available. It's also close to the subway station. The TV has screen mirroring which is great, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
