Very close to Caolu subway station, there are supermarkets, restaurants, fruit shops and so on next to it, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are quite big, and the stay is very comfortable

酒店衞生差，床單上具有不可擦出的污漬，且在床尾有黑色的不知名污漬，床單泛黃且有線頭。凌晨十二點，有明顯的水流聲音持續了大概十幾分鍾，影響了入住人睡眠，且當時才被告知水管一共四個，堵了倆個。且在開房前有明確入住人的睡眠不好，加錢選擇了商務房，但開了一個在車庫門口的房間，聽了一晚上包括但不限於車輛的鳴笛聲、發動機的聲音以及下坡時候的踩踏板的聲音。凌晨1:28的時候有各種人聲在走廊嚷嚷，雖不能管理個人行為，但側面反映出酒店缺乏管理，隔音效果差五點多又有人在走廊嚷嚷，根本就不讓人睡覺。這個家酒店的服務態度很差，就把責任賴在消費者身上，誰一點多換房間？一點多讓你搬家你試試？多次忍讓，最後換來的就是衹睡三個小時，酒店還強詞奪理！説你睡了一晚！大晚上去哪裡睡！趕緊逃別住！事情都發生在深夜，睡眠時間不足4個小時，嚴重影響了入住體驗。
