Pretty good! The hotel itself has nice facilities and the service is warm and attentive. The bathroom area is spacious with a separate wet and dry zone. Both the bathroom and the room overlook a small inner courtyard, and the bedding is comfortable.

This is my second time staying here, and I absolutely love the garden-style hotel with its beautiful surroundings. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Zi, provided excellent service. I arrived very late at night, and she kindly upgraded my room for free. Upon check-out, I even received a complimentary souvenir (agarwood). The breakfast was amazing, they had my favorite soup dumplings!

I accidentally booked a courtyard-style hotel, and it was absolutely charming. It had a lovely vintage aesthetic and a spacious garden. The room was also very clean. The food at the first-floor restaurant was delicious too.

I booked this hotel for the F1 race, expecting a basic business hotel. I arrived very late, past midnight, due to traffic, and was in a terrible mood. To my surprise, the hotel was incredibly warm and thoughtful, with a beautiful garden-style ambiance – absolutely loved it! Even our very picky group was thoroughly impressed. Everything, from the check-in experience and the butler service to the hotel's pleasant aroma and even the breakfast, was perfect! Sorry for rambling...

The hotel's interior is very modern with new facilities and a large mirror. My check-in experience was great. The best part was the restaurant – delicious food and a beautiful ambiance. I especially loved the noodles! The toppings were fantastic. However, the hotel's cleanliness in some details could be improved. The King Koil mattress, which they boast about, felt rather ordinary. Comfortable, but not amazing. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot despite being right next to Liucheng New World, with plenty of great food and drink options nearby. The minibar is refreshed daily with a good variety of drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located right by Zhouqiao Old Street, very easy to find. Across the road are Huilongtan Park and Jiading Confucius Temple, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Jiading Museum and Qiuxia Garden. We had breakfast and then spent the morning exploring the free attractions nearby – the location is truly excellent. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was new and spacious, and the bathroom was particularly roomy. It would have been perfect if there was a bathtub by the window! When we checked out, we were even given coffee as a farewell gift. A big thank you to the handsome Xiao Shao! The hotel has a courtyard and a long corridor, which I believe are preserved from the original old building. There's also a citron tree in the courtyard with many fruits. In the morning, I saw a pile of what looked like fallen fruits in the restaurant.

Very nice hotel and good sevice

This business trip offered one of the most pleasant workshop settings I’ve experienced. The hotel provided such a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere that it truly felt like a vacation—especially with its magnificent beachfront location. It was the perfect choice for our meeting, and I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return in the future.

The room facilities are relatively new, and the location is excellent. Most of Jiading's main traditional scenic spots are within walking distance. The staff are all very good; they can meet basic requests and have a great attitude. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit limited.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is right next to the old street, making it very convenient for eating and strolling around. There's also a RT-Mart supermarket directly opposite. Breakfast was good too. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, making it a bit stuffy.

I had a very pleasant stay at JOYA Hotel Jia Ding. The service and cleanliness are very good. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Convenient location with walking distance to Old Town area where there are plenty of choice of F&B.

First time staying here, and I was really impressed. The service was great, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the quality was excellent. The beef noodles and mini wontons were particularly delicious. A truly fantastic hotel!

The hotel entrance is grand, definitely one of the more upscale places around here. At night, I needed a data cable and chopsticks, and the young lady (staff member) was so kind to run back and forth for me multiple times. In the morning, I was stunned by the beautiful view outside the window while having breakfast, and the breakfast itself was also very good. The overall price of the hotel isn't expensive, offering excellent value for money. Special thanks to Ms. Zhu for her thoughtful service. This trip was totally worth it!
