The location is convenient. The room is clean, and you can order takeout. They also offer express delivery services. The view from the higher floors is also good. Breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely book again next time, it was excellent!

It is not a four star hotel. Guests can smoke in the room which means the fire detector doesn’t work. Shower above the bath, and mould on the shower curtain. No sound proof for the doors. You can hear everything on the other side of the door. Photos are fake. Wallpapers are old and cracked.

very old hotel, small bedrooms out of date. service attitude (especially at restaurant/breakfast) is not welcoming.

Hotel was in good location to my meeting venue, with lots of shops around. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Need work-up on breakfast menu. Will go back again.

I stayed one week in this hotel during my Shanghai family trip , I received received outstanding customer service from the reception staff , the breakfast is great. I will definitely come back for for my future visit.

We celebrated new year there and drank champagne playing piano, nice room with a bathtub. Little bit overpriced.

The hotel didn't have heating. And it was very cold, even colder than outside. When I asked for a heater at the reception, it didn't turn out, but they changed the room, which is on the sunny side, and it was much warmer, thank you for that

We watch the acrobatic show and it was finished late.walking distance only from the circus area.Good Location. Front desk staffs are accommodating. There was a good pub at the hotel as well. Wil come back for the next show. Price is affordable.
