JI Hotel (Shanghai Xintiandi Xizang South Road)

Located in a prime, albeit expensive, area, the room was small but impeccably clean and tidy. They provided an abundance of bottled water, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I booked this room for my college entrance exams (minor subjects). The front desk was incredibly helpful; they processed our early check-in and late check-out. When I mentioned the lack of air circulation in the windowless room, they immediately moved us to a room with a window. The room itself was simply furnished and clean, and they provided a generous amount of drinking water. I was very satisfied.

Very close to Lujiabang subway station, and breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The room facilities were nice, and the hotel environment was pleasant.

The service at this hotel is truly top-notch! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, not only assisting with receiving packages but also kindly storing our luggage, which really eased our travel burden. The laundry service deserves special mention. After washing clothes upstairs, all you need to do is leave a note for the front desk, and the staff will dry them for you and deliver them to your room. It's incredibly thoughtful and considerate! The room itself was very clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, making getting around super convenient. Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended!

Service: Excellent. The staff were very patient and attentive. Cleanliness: Spotless. The food was delicious. Having free laundry was a big plus. Very convenient location, right next to the LRT station. It's even more worthwhile to use Huazhu Hotel Group in the future.

Stayed here for a business trip to Shanghai. I was on a budget so I opted for a windowless room. The location is convenient, and the room itself was pretty standard. The soundproofing could be better, but the cleanliness was decent. Breakfast was filling, and they even have a robot that delivers takeaways to your room, which is a nice touch. Overall, it was an okay stay.

The service is attentive and comprehensive, always ready to help, making you feel warm and at home.
