It’s been a tiring day and I wanted to go to bed early, but still like this! Very disappointed with Home Inn

I came here from Wuxi to watch the concert. Because I had to catch the high-speed train to go back to work the next day, I specially booked a Home Inn which is relatively close to Shanghai Station! There are many hotels in the surrounding area. My friends and I chose Homeinn because of its high cost performance and very close to the high-speed rail station! But after arriving at the hotel and getting the room card, we discovered that we were assigned a tail room at the end corner! Do I need to say more about whether the room at the end can be accommodated? Not every hotel should know this! I went to the front desk to apply for a room change. The man who checked us in had a very bad attitude and said that the tail room was very big. I said we didn't want to stay in the tail room. He changed us to a very small room and gave us the room key. The expressionless tone given to us throughout the whole process was also very poor. When we asked to change rooms, they just showed the customs over there that we couldn't stay in this kind of room. The hotel front desk could have called us in advance and told us that they would reserve the last room for us. Even if I didn’t stay at Home Inn, I didn’t call in advance and still have such a bad attitude! We endured the change to a smaller room! Which hotel room doesn’t provide napkins on the table? Is this your home? ? Fortunately, I brought a lot of napkins with me. If I don’t admit it, do I still have to go to your toilet to get paper? Speechless=_=
