The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The environment is very good and it is close to the Binjiang Trail. The hotel service is great and any situations that require help can be solved in a timely manner.

The hotel is in an excellent location. But the staff are stupid. On the eve of arrival, we came to the hotel to choose a room. The staff doesn't know what room number or rating it is. They either have a suite or a deluxe room, that's all. Very dirty in the room. The dust was never wiped off, only the bed was changed and the floor was washed. It took me 40 minutes to clean after check-in. The bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is typical Chinese. Also, the cost of the room while we stayed for 5 nights went up from 440 yuan per night, then it cost 619, and when we checked out our room cost 740 yuan per night. We bought 5 nights at once and it was good. The washing machine in the room stank.
