First room the window was broken could not close it, when I called the reception no one answer the phone, need to go down to the reception. The girl didn't trust me and sent a guy to check. They proposed to fix it only the next day... so sleeping with open window on February... we had to push to change the room...
Second room the bed was not very clean but at least the window was close, but the room card doesn't work to open the door. So once again going to the reception but once again the same girl didn't trust me, I had to push for her to check my room card...
The service is catastrophic, everything looks old

Check was easy. The people at the reception were very nice. A little disappointed in my room as a 4 star. Wood was chipped and bathroom wasn’t too great either. Old furniture. Good: great location and many things accessible.

What kind of rubbish hotel is this? It deserves to be called a 4-star hotel. The sound insulation effect is very poor. The walls are separated by wooden boards. You can hear the chats next door clearly. The environment is so bad that I can tolerate it. The key is that the bed is really rubbish. It was even more uncomfortable than sleeping on a wooden board. It was so hard that it hurt my body. What a hot chicken thing. Also a 4 star hotel. Won't go a second time
