The hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there.
The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

Clean, strategical location. Only short walk to T2 Hongqiao airport. Breakfast was nice. So many options of food.

The room was small but had everything you need bed was great and breakfast was amazing . Best part is you can walk to Hongqiao fast train .

Flights cancelled and stayed here with family of young kids in order to save commute time for an early next day flight out.
AC didn’t work, it was hot, and light switches were very confusing. Dust around high reaches of ceiling where sprinkler is.
As we were exhausted we didn’t bother calling down to front desk to get fixes so just cracked open window. TV signal seemed like it was standard definition. Overall okay stay for cancelled flight with purpose for convenience to fly out early next day.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious with excellent bathrooms. Breakfast is excellent, an incredible selection of food and drinks, a combination of Asian and European cuisine.

Situated adjacent to the airport terminal and high-speed railway station, it couldn't get any more convenient for travelers needing to rush for transfers. The proximity of the hotel to these transportation hubs ensures that guests can easily catch their flights or trains without the hassle of long commutes or navigation through the city. This added convenience for those with early morning departures(like me).
