The room was very spacious, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. It was definitely big enough for four people. Plus, there was a Disney vending machine downstairs where I bought a souvenir!

Courtyard by Marriott Puxi is my top choice for business trips. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for business travel. What I appreciate most is the high standard of service here; the staff are well-trained, and both check-in and check-out are handled very efficiently, with no unnecessary waiting. The room was quiet and the bedding comfortable, which really helped alleviate the fatigue of a business trip. The Executive Lounge service was also excellent; Ivy and Chloe were particularly good, providing superb butler-style service. For business travelers who value efficiency and quality, this is an excellent place to stay.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. It's my go-to whenever I'm in Shanghai for work. The location is super convenient, right across from Shanghai Railway Station, so it's a quick walk. Plus, there are plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment nearby.

The bathroom cleanliness was very upsetting. A lot of mold on the wall of the shower area. We reported it to the hotel but they said nothing they can do at the moment. Breakfast was good, but I would suggest the cooks should wear a mask when preparing the food. Other than that, the services were good.

The hotel was okay. I lost my room card at night and got a replacement, but then two strangers entered my room. The hotel claimed their management wasn't responsible, stating that if you don't explicitly ask to invalidate the old card when getting a new one at the front desk, they assume you don't want it invalidated. There was no apology either.

The hotel's location is super convenient, it's clean and hygienic, and the service is very professional. I'd also recommend the breakfast buffet; it has a great variety, especially the noodle soup I had for three days straight – so many toppings, I never got tired of it. It's very close to the subway station and easy to find. It's just two stops on foot to the Shanghai Natural History Museum, which was a comfortable walk on a cooler day. The Shanghai Natural History Museum is a real gem; my 6-year-old loves animals and had a fantastic time exploring it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Service is good, only one point, they dont allow wearing of in room slippers to breakfast area..? Why so.?
