I stayed here after completing my government mandated quarantine. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely. However, there was absolutely no help with luggage — getting to or from the qt side to the “regular side” or even getting it up and down from my room, which was VERY far away from the front desk. I called down to guest services for assistance and none came after 30 minutes and I had to bring it down in two separate trips on my own. The regular room was a lovely suite and the bed was comfortable. I wish I had stayed in that room for my qt. The a/c is not on in common spaces.

The place is OK. The children's area is very small expect the great pool. The distance from the common area to the too.s is very far. The rooms are also OK. We didn't have any kitchen stuff like plates, knives, etc. At this price, we expected more.
