The front desk staff were excellent; seeing that we had a child, they specially assigned us a larger, quieter room. Plus, free breakfast was included! We had a wonderful trip, and we'll definitely choose Atour again next time. Thanks! 🙏

My top choice for business trips! The location is excellent, making commuting a breeze. The rooms are quiet, perfect for both work and rest, and the internet is fast and reliable. The cleanliness standards are consistently good, and the toiletries are of decent quality. The front desk staff are responsive, and the self-service laundry room is a lifesaver for longer business trips. The breakfast is light and tasty. I've stayed at Ji Hotel multiple times, and the experience is always consistently good. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a prime location in downtown Shanghai, with convenient transportation, close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and People's Square Metro Station. I would definitely come back again~

Everything was perfect: the location, the ambiance, the stay, and the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and offered a wide variety. The location is excellent, great for walking around and shopping. Coming back tired, the shower was wonderfully refreshing. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel is nearby various shopping malls and restaurants, also walkable distance to the bund and nanjing pedestrian street. Will live again next time.

We were upgraded to a family room with one double and one single bed, which was very spacious. The hotel has a robot that can deliver takeout directly to your room. It's in a prime location, making it easy to hail a taxi and convenient for shopping and dining. You can request a late checkout until 1 PM. The lobby has a quiet atmosphere with many interesting books available for free loan. They provide six bottles of complimentary drinking water, more than enough. The bathroom has a dry/wet separation, and it's very clean. The shower pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable hot shower. The hotel's hand soap has a lovely woody scent, which I found much more pleasant than many of the big-name diffusers I've encountered in Xintiandi. We stayed during a typhoon, and the wind felt much less intense compared to hotels by the sea.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept through until morning. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and they even offered a cup of hot tea upon check-in. The location is convenient too; it’s just a short walk to the subway station. This was my first time staying at an H World hotel, and I was really impressed! The room was fully equipped and well-maintained, spotless, and had no strange odors. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

The front desk staff (specifically, the gentleman at the front) was excellent! It was my first stay, and he kindly upgraded my room. When I extended my stay, I realized I had booked too late and there were no rooms available with meals included. He went out of his way to add dinner for me, which was really helpful. The accommodation itself was great. The room had no strange odors and was very clean. It was tidied daily, and mineral water was replenished, which was a fantastic touch. Being able to cast TV shows was also a nice bonus.

I was solo traveller to Shanghai for 3 nights at Ji hotel. Staff are very helpful and the room was very nice to stay :) I am satisfied with the service and room type.
