I frequently stay at this hotel when I'm on business trips to Shanghai. It's super convenient for the subway, dining, and shopping. The staff are all very polite, and for a prime location on Huaihai Middle Road, it offers great value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and within walking distance to Huaihai Road and Sinan Road. The room was indeed small but very comfortable. The hotel also has a pantry that offers complimentary coffee and tea, along with sofas for coffee breaks, conveniently located near the washing machines and dryers. The front desk was very busy, but the staff were proactive and helpful. When we asked them to arrange a room closer to the elevator for an elderly guest, the supervisor immediately accommodated our request. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! 👍

I chose this hotel because it was close to a client I was visiting. I know this area is very expensive, but I didn't expect the bathroom to be so small that I'd hit my arm just washing my face. However, I must commend the electric toilet seat! On the other hand, the room's cleanliness was very poor, especially the white bedsheets which were covered in black lint. Even worse, there were body hairs under the top sheet, visible through the fabric. I took photos, but I doubt they'd show up well. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes for Rujia (Home Inn) to begin with, as it's a budget chain. Perhaps it's because my last stay at a Rujia in Beijing, for 20 days while my home was being renovated, was so spacious and clean, that this one felt like a letdown!
