I can't believe there aren't more negative reviews for this place. After carefully comparing several options, I settled on this one, only to discover the soundproofing was virtually non-existent. The snoring from the room next door was so loud it felt like they were sleeping in my own bed, and I could hear their phone conversations crystal clear. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was hair in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. What's worse, I specifically requested a quiet room, yet I didn't get a wink of sleep all night. If you don't bring earplugs, I'd strongly advise you to think twice before booking here.

Overall, very satisfied. The brand truly delivered on its reputation. Definitely worth a return stay.

It was only after I contacted Ctrip that they stepped in and resolved the issue. However, I find it incredibly hard to believe that this was the first time the front desk had encountered a Ctrip booking with breakfast. I was genuinely astonished by how adamantly she insisted that bookings made through this specific channel *never* came with breakfast. The cleanliness was decent, which, honestly, was probably the only positive aspect of my stay.

The room was spotless, and housekeeping was impeccable. The room amenities were also great, particularly the cleverly placed power outlets, which was a unique and thoughtful touch. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very satisfying.

Booking through Ctrip is a complete rip-off. It's the most expensive option across all platforms, and you don't even get room upgrades, late check-out, or breakfast. Frankly, the service is non-existent. I'll definitely be booking directly through the Huazhu Club app from now on; you'll experience a vastly different and superior level of service there. That said, to give credit where it's due, while the room was small, it was clean, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The robot food delivery was also quite prompt.

I was shocked, and couldn't help but sarcastically 'applaud' Huazhu's management for practices that supposedly rival 7-star luxury hotels. What he said next was even more appalling: 'It's entirely up to you if you want to stay or not.' I've been a frequent guest here, often staying for several consecutive days. I had planned a three-night stay this time, but now I'm forced to look for another hotel. This staff member completely ruined my morning. How can someone with such an attitude be working in hospitality? It's truly disappointing; I will never stay at a Huazhu hotel again, especially not this Hanting Premium Dapu Road Metro Station branch.

The room was admittedly small, but clean. However, it offered great value for a one-night stay if you're visiting Ruijin Hospital nearby, especially given the low room rate. The front desk service was also excellent.
