That’s my last day in shanghai so I choose this hotel because they have transportation to Disney Land but who gonna know they bus drivers are suck and terrible I am NOT Chinese even I can speak little Chinese but I ask driver to see and check are they going to the hotel or not. Driver just tell me “I can’t see chat” that made me very upset so I was took picture to reception let them confirm to me it’s correct cat or not then she send voice message “you just informed hotel name to drive!!” Dam it English name on websites it’s not the same in Chinese, so IF YOU ARE FOREIGNER I NO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR YOU GUYS. Room not that very clean and bed hard you can’t feel any uncomfortable

Location is good, 15min to Disney land or to bigger shopping center/restaurants. Around Hotel have small Restaurants and shopping possibilities. Room itself small but Okay, Cleaning can be improved under the Bed a lot of dirt which normal a customer not see, but my daughter lost something so we looked, cleaning staff cleaned quick after complain to reception. Overall it is okay when you stay short time for visiting Disney land.
