入住後，房間不斷跳閘的聲音，讓其保安過來確認後是取電問題，無法解決，這時候已經凌晨2點鐘，聲音響的無法入睡，於是要求前天換一個房間，結果前台説沒有房間，讓我把取電卡拿下來睡覺，你説這是處理方式嗎？聲音實在太響了，最後實在沒辦法硬讓前台給換了一間，然後大半夜的到樓下在上來折騰到4點左右才安心睡下，我老婆還是會員呢，覺得對這家維也納挺失望的，下次不會再去了，以後親也注意，前台真的不行太差了明明有房間不給換，對保安和保潔給予好評。當時應該拍照的，失誤失誤，這樣讓更多親知道。
